The FBI Is Criminally Violating The Civil Rights Act At Miami Dade College In Florida In Acts Of Racist Discrimination, Segregation And Fraud

June 19. 2021

FBI director Christopher Wray

For background on this article please read "The FBI Is Stonewalling Congress On Releasing FBI File In Madonna Human Rights Abuse Case (Congressional Documents)" to familiarize yourself with what transpired.

Miami Dade College

As stated previously on the site, I went back to university during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, taking online classes (campuses were closed due to the virus). The university is Miami Dade College, which was established in 1960. It is a fully accredited state college.

I've been doing my courses online, but on about five occasions I've had to go into one of the campuses, regarding administrative paperwork, and once to take a midterm and final for Biology class, which I passed.

The first time I'd went to Miami Dade College I was about 19-years-old and it was a terrible experience. So I left, as I was treated very badly and it had to do with Hollywood interference via Sony Music, a company mentioned in the item regarding Congress.

When I was 14-years-old original items I had written and copyrighted with the Library of Congress in Washington, was infringed by Sony Music and illegally passed around Hollywood. Yes, they stole from a 14-year-old. They are that disgusting. My parents retained lawyers (Gary Siplin, who later went into politics, and Robert J. Van Der Wall). The whole thing was very traumatic because of Hollywood's vile conduct. Sony had even threatened my life when I was 15-years-old.

Their abusiveness never left. When I went to Miami Dade College a few years later, Sony sponsored abusive and harassing conduct against me, which caused me to leave the school. I will talk about it in a forthcoming documentary. The school apologized for it last year. However, it ruined my education. People always tell me "you're so smart" and "you're so brilliant" and ask why I don't have a degree. Look no further than Sony Music and what they had commissioned at Miami Dade College when I first went there.

Sony has spent years stealing from Jamaican creatives. My late godmother's husband, Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, the songwriter/music producer who invented reggae music and its associated genres, and discovered legends like Bob Marley, was terribly robbed by Sony Music, who stole music from him. He ended up having to sue them and their rubbish excuse was "we didn't know whose music this was."

To this day Sony and Hollywood continue to steal from Jamaican creatives. They are constantly stealing valuable intellectual property from the island of Jamaica, which Hollywood clearly thinks is a slaveport. There have been so many instances, some resulting in lawsuit.

Even recently, Sony Music artist Beyonce and her husband Jay Z, who are notorious copyright infringers, infringed more of my copyrights and used Jamaican locals for the rip-off project, then didn't pay them (Beyonce And Jay Z Steal From Another Jamaican Artist Resulting In A Lawsuit).

Passing stolen intellectual property around is common criminal behavior in Hollywood, as the FBI discovered in the Sophia Stewart case, regarding the infringing films "The Terminator" and "The Matrix" which were stolen from an African-American paralegal and used to make billions in ill-gotten wealth (Passing It Around). White writers and directors got money (millions), credit and top awards for her work they stole, which is racist and disgraceful. It has a real slavetrader vibe to it.

Madonna partnered with her label Warner Bros and Sony Music as well, in committing criminal copyright infringement of my PREEXISTING copyrighted works. Madonna also shares the same attorney with Sony Music (Robert Jacobs of the Manatt and Phelps law firm in New York, who are breaking the law in tandem with Madonna, Sony Music and Warner Bros).

I decided to return to university last year due to being home more because of the coronavirus pandemic. The FBI, who had previously interviewed me twice as a "victim of crime" as the FBI stated in writing, formally questioned me about Madonna's crimes and that of her private investigator, Anthony Pellicano.

The FBI used my words in the interviews they conducted (about half an hour of questioning per interview) and documents they asked me for, to put Pellicano in prison 4-months later for wiretapping, hacking, racketeering and identity theft, all crimes I had accused Madonna and him of doing against me (and others).

Since then, the FBI has been criminally exploiting me against my wishes. They are acting like I'm a slave they've imported from Jamaica. Because I have a high IQ (as confirmed by tests done when I was 12) and have done tens of thousands of pages of original intellectual property work in science, medicine, technology, music, film, television, literature and art, the racist FBI began criminally exploiting me.

The criminal exploitation began under racist, former FBI director, Robert  S. Mueller, who is a Nazi. He descends from Nazis, one of whom directly worked for Hitler in Germany (Heinrich Mueller), and he brought Nazi tactics to the FBI. Mueller instituted racist policies and environments at the FBI that even racially abused black and Hispanic FBI agents, who filed suit against him and the FBI for it.

Mueller is a Nazi who believes in eugenics and that white people are to control everything. He is vehemently against black/minority ownership and success. He despises Blacks, Hispanics, Indians and Asians. He has used the FBI to steal the property of minorities and give it to white Americans. There is undeniable proof of this fact.

In 2020 the FBI began illegally meddling in my education at Miami Dade College and criminally violated the Civil Rights Act on education in doing so. Criminally trespassing at universities is not new territory for the FBI. They have been caught criminally trespassing at universities before.

One such incident that occurred years ago was quiet embarrassing for the FBI and FBI agent, Ryan Seese, who was caught masturbating in the women's bathroom, yes the women's bathroom of all places, at the University of Arizona.

The initial story the FBI spun made it appear as though FBI agent Seese was at the university working on a legitimate case. But not so. It was an abuse of his authority as an FBI agent. He had no business being there. He lied to gain access to the university.

He was later charged with criminal trespassing and engaging in lewd public conduct, for masturbating in the women's bathroom of the university. A cleaning lady caught the FBI agent masturbating in the bathroom with his pants around his ankles and called security, who telephoned police and had him arrested.

FBI agent Ryan Seese, like many other FBI agents and officials, engage in sexually illegal and inappropriate conduct, and pose a danger to women and girls (click here and here and here and here and here and here and here) and here).

The FBI is out of control and out of their minds. They're even recklessly shooting at innocent people in public (FBI Agent Arrested For Repeatedly Shooting An Unarmed Man On A Subway Train) and robbing others (FBI Agent Arrested For Stealing $800,000 From A Woman And Using It To Buy A House, Mercedes And Take Lavish Trips and FBI Agents Steal Rare Gold Coins In Brazen Defiance Of Judge's Search Warrant).

Once again, FBI agents were illegally on a university campus, this time Miami Dade College. They had no legitimate business being there and abused congressional law and their mandate in doing so. Congress did not give the FBI authority to invade university campuses to engage in harassing, abusive, meddlesome and racist acts against an innocent person, in violation of the Civil Rights Act on education.

Because you do not want someone to have a university education and more money, due to the fact you are criminally exploiting, defrauding and abusing the person like a black slave you wish to "keep under your thumb" as the phrase goes, is not a legal foundation to abhorrently violate the Civil Rights Act on education. It is completely criminal and disgusting.

One of the FBI agents that has illegally been on the Miami Dade College campus is an awkward, dark haired agent with a medium build. Another FBI agent that illegally went to the Miami Dade College campus and violated the Civil Rights Act as well, is one I'd written about previously on the site.

I wrote about this blond FBI agent regarding an incident where I was nearly killed in my local Miami supermarket's parking lot, which I also detailed in a letter to Congress, for which I received responses from the legislature (The FBI Is Stonewalling Congress On Releasing FBI File In Madonna Human Rights Abuse Case (Congressional Documents)).

The blond FBI agent in question that was on the Miami Dade College campus since I returned to university during the pandemic is the same one from the supermarket incident that I wrote about in 2019:

"Just this past July, someone again tried to run me over in a parking lot, in what has happened several times. The incident was again strange. I was in line at the supermarket customer service area. Then, I noticed a tall, white, blond FBI agent dressed in all black with a weapon on his hip, enter the supermarket. He was looking around. Then, when he spotted me, he made eye contact for a while, which was awkward, then walked right out the supermarket.

A few minutes later when I left the supermarket and got into the parking lot, a different man in a gray Tundra truck looked right at me, then tried to run me over. I was able to get out of the way in time, but the vehicle grazed/made contact with the left size of my body. I was not injured, as he couldn't get up enough speed when he tried to hit me. Then he quickly drove off. These incidents are on CCTV." - Former FBI Director Robert Mueller Obtained Executive Orders From George Bush And Barack Obama To Criminally Steal Copyrights Worth Billions For Madonna And Hollywood While Engaging In Heinous Human Rights Abuses That Left Innocent People Dead

(The man with dark, semi-straight hair, tanned skinned, dark eyes, who was wearing a black jacket, looked at me in his rear view mirror then tried to rush out of the parking lot in trying to run me over. It was deliberate. Then he sped off).

Miami Dade College was established in 1960 and the FBI is criminally interfering in the school in very damaging ways that will financially destabilize it. The FBI has no business being there, as they are engaging in acts that violate the Civil Rights Act on education.

When I reapplied at Miami Dade College last year, after being away from the school for years, for 4-months someone kept deleting my application and accompanying documents/paperwork in the university's computer system. I was later told by a Miami Dade College employee that someone had placed a "block" and "bar" on my account with no explanation given. That is illegal and discriminatory, as it violates the Civil Rights Act. You cannot bar or block someone with no reason given. It is racist.

Another Miami Dade College representative I telephoned prior to that looked at my file and in shock said, "Oh my God ." Again, she said something is wrong, but would not elaborate. I only got back in the university because a black woman who worked in an office there felt sorry for me after what I'd been through for 4-months of submitting all the required data and someone repeatedly deleting it, and she removed the block/bar from my account.

At Miami Dade College I was not allowed to choose the classes I wanted in 2020 or this year. Advisement kept picking them and telling me the classes I wanted to take I was not allowed to enroll in.

Prior to visiting the advisement department on the campus (as I was instructed to do) I wanted to enroll in a medical program Miami Dade College offers, which any student can join, but was told by another school employee, "no, you can't take that" and once again, no explanation was given. It was discriminatory and racist. Once again, it was another violation of the Civil Rights Act.

Even in early May 2021, the advisor they sent me to in the Miami Dade College advisement department to pick my classes, defied my request for another art history course they teach and stuck me in architecture. I told her several times to enroll me in another art history class, even read the course number to her from the school's website and she kept angrily arguing against it. Then, deliberately against my wishes stuck me in architecture.

A second advisor had to un-enroll me from the architecture class, and she stated her colleague should not have done that, as it does not go with my science degree/major and is a "very difficult class." I wanted to do something fun for the summer via three elective classes one is allowed (art, music and filmmaking) and she stuck me in architecture, which is very mathematical and components of it was already featured in the first art class I took.

The FBI is behind all this discrimination, interference and chaos, and illegally so. It bears all the signs of the FBI's illegal and notorious COINTELPRO program of harassing, terrorizing and trying to destroy the lives of innocent, outspoken and gifted black people.

The FBI are acting like I'm some slave they own and can control, where they are to make the decisions about my life, and not just with my education, as I've seen them criminally meddle in this manner in other areas of my life. It's absolutely arrogant and disgusting.

The FBI, engaging in COINTELPRO tactics, did not want me to complete my education, or in medicine and science for that matter, as it means more money in income for me and recognition in my chosen field of study. One of the directives of the COINTELPRO program is to financially destabilize the victim by taking the target's money/income and property, in illegal acts that violate the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code. The FBI illegally went into Miami Dade College and have been breaking the law in trying to block me from getting my degree.

Years prior, during an FBI interview they requested with me on Madonna and her private investigator, Italian mafia killer, Anthony Pellicano, the FBI had requested a copy of my copyrights, as they claimed they needed them to investigate Madonna, her label Warner Bros, Sony Music, Rupert Murdoch/News Corp and Anthony Pellicano.

The FBI has been hiding my FBI file from public view, as it details their criminal conduct and that of Madonna, Sony, Warner Bros and Rupert Murdoch, whom I broke the "phone hacking scandal" story about on this site.

In tandem with his business associate Madonna, Murdoch's company illegally wiretapped/hacked my computers and have also been steadily infringing my copyrights at 20th Century Fox film company and his newspapers such as The Sun UK.

I reported Murdoch and Madonna to the Metropolitan Police and 6-months later there were many arrests of Murdoch's employees and private investigators, in what became the phone hacking scandal (Metropolitan Police Complaint That Broke The Phone Hacking Scandal).

Madonna and her label she works for, Warner Bros, also criminally spread my copyrights to the BBC in Britain, where she lived for years and rudely insulted the British people as lazy, when they are not. Warner Bros has a deal where they distribute all the BBC's DVD's worldwide. Warner Bros and Murdoch have illegally taken over control of the BBC, which is a taxpayer funded organization in entertainment. They have been releasing criminal copyright infringing items through the BBC (Madonna's Criminal Conduct At The BBC In Britain Has Nasty Racist Slavery Connotations To It (Anthony Joshua, Daniel Kaluuya)).

Posted below are the only 2 pages the FBI had released from my FBI files that has thousands of pages, which illustrates they told me to bring in my copyrights to the Miami FBI, which I did and then the FBI got in on the act, and began infringing my copyrights as well. The FBI spread my copyrights all over the U.S. government in divisions such as the Department of Energy and NASA.

The FBI even went to Hollywood with one of my copyrights, got an agent in Hollywood at William Morris, and infringed one of my copyrights about law enforcement to make the fictional "FBI" television series about themselves, as a publicity tool for the agency. They've gotten so bad and arrogant with the stealing the "FBI" television series is even stealing original items from articles on this site, the Judiciary Report, and including it on the show like dirty, lazy slavetraders.

The FBI even refused to release my full FBI file to U.S. senator Marco Rubio, who sent me letters and two emails revealing this fact. The FBI has cited "national security" on this matter, but I have nothing to hide. They are the ones with something to hide.

For the FBI to criminally abuse the U.S. government's file classification system to cover their criminal conduct, branding something a "national security" matter and "classified" as its "release" would harm international relations, is quite telling that they have been committing heinous crimes (that I have the proof of and will release in a documentary, as I don't need the FBI's files to corroborate anything).

Please see below the FBI file of 2-pages which indicates they told me to bring in my voluminous, preexisting copyrighted catalog of works, containing thousands of original items I wrote over the course of years (which the FBI has since been criminally infringing in following in Hollywood's footsteps) under the FBI's "Spying to Steal" program the European Union, Canada and other nations are publicly complaining about:

After a few days, I brought the FBI copies of some of my copyrights and all of the certificates of registration with the Library of Congress in Washington. I gave the voluminous copies to the second FBI agent that interviewed me, Catherine Koontz.

The FBI also subpoenaed a copy of my whole, preexisting copyrighted catalog from the Library of Congress in Washington, which is thousands of pages, then due to a bribe they took from Madonna (and FBI officials and agents do take bribes and falsify documents), began criminally infringing my copyrights one after another in tandem with Madonna and Hollywood.

The FBI also began engaging in abusive and damaging acts against me, trying to get me out the way to fully and illegally secure all my preexisting copyrights for the agency's illegal use and that of Hollywood. Once again, they are dirty slavetraders, who have not changed since slavery or the Civil Rights era.

The FBI illegally spread my copyrights to other parts of the U.S. government like the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, and NASA, among others (and more recently the crazy Space X, who work for NASA). I have authored copyrights and papers on aeronautics, astronautics and nanotechnology. For years I've also done designs for cars, planes, trains, space shuttles and buildings.

I've studied science for years (mostly oncology and HIV/AIDS) and have authored original forthcoming pharmaceutical patents. I've written science articles on this science that later proved true on cancer, HIV and coronavirus. I predicted the coronavirus pandemic on this site and Twitter, and wrote many prescient articles on the disease that were later proven true, via items later publicly stated by the WHO and CDC, among others (see: exclusives).

The FBI has been fighting me over my forthcoming pharmaceutical patents on cancer and HIV/AIDS. They are afraid it will draw too much attention to me and by default their horrible human rights abuses against me.

That's not my fault. No one told them to insert themselves into my life in this insidious manner, and help Hollywood criminally rob me of very valuable copyrights that I have authored since I was a kid (I was a child prodigy and got into gifted programs from very early). No one told them to steal my copyrights and pass them to whomever they felt like in criminal violation of the law.

The FBI are evil, racist slavetraders, who think I'm some black slave they own. They have been behaving like white supremacist trash. After all, they killed Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and Fred Hampton, among other outspoken black people who sought equality and progress, illustrating the fact they are a racist law enforcement agency. The FBI was also sued by the small minority of black and Hispanic FBI agents at the agency, for engaging in racial harassment and discrimination against them. The FBI only has a small number of minorities to satisfy a federal quota.

The FBI, under the Obama administration that current president Joe Biden was a part of, had me threatened in a doctor's office during a standard physical check up. I had a check up in the medical office of Dr. Eva Goyette in Miami (she now works in Atlanta for Keiser Permanente).

In what was a prearranged stunt, she made up an excuse that something is wrong with my heart that needed immediate medical attention, calls the paramedics, locks me in a room with them (3 aggressive males), then they proceeded to aggressively threaten me out of nowhere.

They start angrily telling me "we don't want anything cured" and that people being sick is a very lucrative "business" in "America" making "$5 billion per year."  Mind you, they're supposed to be responding to a claim of a stress induced heart emergency, and their answer is to angrily and aggressively berate the patient that they do not want pharmaceutical drugs released curing cancer or HIV/AIDS, thus elevating my heart rate and blood pressure with their completely inappropriate, aggressive, belligerent and unprofessional behavior.

Miami Dade College Tries To Keep Federal Funding I Brought For My Tuition While Attempting To Deny Me An Education

Miami Dade College tried to take the $17,000 in federal funding I obtained in February 2020, before even reapplying at their university several months later over the summer (2020). I applied with the federal government's FAFSA division and obtained two types of funding. FAFSA asks you which university to send the funds to and I chose Miami Dade College, to resume my education.

The FBI and Madonna got angry and began violating the Civil Rights Act at Miami Dade College (as described above regarding my application, all supporting documents such as proof of residency, official letters, Florida ID, ect, that was submitted, for which the Miami Dade College computer system kept giving me time stamped confirmations of it being received and processed). The FBI kept having everything deleted over and over again for 4-months.

Then, I received an email with an Adobe Acrobat pdf letter from Miami Dade College, stating I have 30 days to use the $17,000 in federal funding or it will automatically be forfeited to the university.

Let that sink in. I obtained the funding before I even went back to the school. The FBI kept criminally having my application for re-admission and all supporting documents deleted, which meant I could not enroll in any classes to use the $17,000 - yet here it is they send me this letter from the school telling me use the money now that you brought to the university or Miami Dade College will take it under a forfeiture rule. They had not even advised me of said rule in writing or verbally, prior to the short notice letter. It was so fraudulent. It felt like a scam.

During the last couple days of Miami Dade College's 30-day deadline to use the funds before they seized it under a forfeiture rule they made up, after receiving no email or call back responses regarding what was delaying my registration, I made a last ditch attempt to resolve the matter by traveling nearly 3-hours to the Miami Dade College campus in question.

I waited and spoke to a black Caribbean lady, who looked into my file, removed the "block" and "bar" (clearly unaware of the discrimination going on courtesy of the FBI), and I was able to complete registration and get into my classes within 2 hours (after 4 months of suspect, Civil Rights Act violating actions at the school, as ordered by the FBI).

She went into the computer and said "someone put a block on your account" and "there's a bar on it" and "that's why you have not been able to enroll in your classes" to start school again. She said all the files I uploaded and my application were missing.

It made sense, as a couple weeks before, a Miami Dade College employee I spoke to over the phone, looked up my file by name and said "oh my God " when she was going through the file. She sounded alarmed, as she clearly saw the "block" and "bar" on my file. She wouldn't tell me what she saw. She did indicate something was wrong and said the file is "completely blank" and this was weeks after I had uploaded all that information and received confirmation from their computer system that it was received. The FBI is sinister and vile. They did this.

Anyway, back to October 26, 2020. The nice black woman said "I'm not supposed to do this, but do you have your documents with you" and I said "yes." She uploaded them into the computer, removed the block/bar and then told me "go to advisement and pick your classes." I'm thankful to God for what that lady did that day. At least she followed the law in not engaging in criminal discrimination.

In advisement, I had to wait a while. Then I was not allowed to take the classes I wanted. However, as I only had a few days left to use the federal funding I obtained and brought to the school, lest Miami Dade College seized it under the forfeiture rule they made up, I took whatever classes they gave me. I was given two classes: Biology and Art.

Every time I log into my Miami Dade College account I am greeted by this annoying message:

Art Class

I was segregated in the Art class. Yes, in big ol' 2020, I was segregated in a U.S. school class. I didn't realize it at first until problems stated popping up. All students were individually emailed a "student key" (a little jpeg square with a code on it) for the art software.

After using the "student key" code to register on the art software site (Norton), you had to purchase the online software/access at a cost of $55. I didn't mind. I loved the art book. It was challenging and nearly 700 pages, which I thought was too much for a 2-month semester, but I enjoyed the coursework and excelled at it. It was a deep and thorough book on art history. It even had a segment where students are taught architecture, which I've loved since I was a kid.

Here's where the segregation issue was made apparent. I was sent a "student key" code that was different from the other students in the class and did not know it. I was segregated from the class. One of the main quiz assignments we were all to complete and be graded on was missing from my "student key" coursework, which could have damaged my grade.

The Miami Dade College calendar for each class kept showing 3 items due for Art that were not showing up under the course materials for my "student key." I was frustrated. I contacted the software manufacturer after Miami Dade College's tech support could not help, as it was a third party software.

I contacted the software's manufacturer, Norton, who figured out the problem. They sent me emails stating they have discovered there are are two "student keys" for the art class. Judging by responses on the Miami Dade College's discussion board for the Art class, I was the only one who was in the second "student key" and course materials were missing from it, barring me from completing three key assignments.

Norton said they could not fix the problem, as the professor placed me in the second "student key" and there is no way to move all my grades and coursework over to the other "student key" that all the other students were in.

I had to do all the extra credit available in the Art class (and it was a lot) to make up for the missing quiz and work that was not available under my "student key", meaning I was barred from accessing it, and it was 20% of the grade.

Two other assignments everyone else had was also missing from my "student key" and Miami Dade College syllabus for the Art class. I did not want to be penalized for something that was not my fault and the professor did not fix it. So I did all the time consuming extra credit to offset the assignments I was barred from completing.

Please see Norton email indicating all the students were in "student set" code 335975 but I was segregated via being sent a separate "student set" code of "335044" as seen in the second screencap of my Miami Dade College account's Art coursework page, which shows the school emailed me a "student key" of "335044." This according to Norton was "not set up on Learning Management System" hence my grades not registering and me being unable to access some of the coursework all the other students had, such as an important quiz and two other assignments. I've redacted my email address and highlighted the key "student set" codes in red:

A screencap of the coursework page for my account on Miami Dade College's website regarding the message I was sent to use this "student key" code to enroll in software for the Art class to do my assignments such as quizzes, but I was segregated from the other students and assignments were missing from the data options, which nearly lowered my grade (prompting me to do all the extra credit to build the grade back up):

One of the art quizzes was missing from the "student set" code I was segregated in. As you can see the main page of my Miami Dade College account kept stating a quiz was past due, indicated by the item being accented in red. However, the quiz was missing from my "student set" as later confirmed by the software manufacturer, who stated the professor put me in another online class, which based on the discussion board, I was in by myself. It shows the quiz 4.3 due on 12-6-21, but it was not in my "student set" and on 12-18-21 when I made the screencap, you can see it says nothing is due:

So, I did all the extra credit that was listed in the syllabus to offset the items that I was barred from completing for some strange reason, and racked up enough 100% grades in the class to receive a final grade of an A+.

It wasn't run of the mill art items. It was complex historical items from all over the world (African, Caribbean, American, English, French, Greek, Iranian, Spanish, Italian), architecture and design, and thesis papers. I also had to do photography work, paint a painting and do art in other mediums.

I wasn't unfamiliar with Art, as I had done a number of paintings and copyrighted them years ago. I've also copyrighted thousands of photographs. However, Miami Dade College teaches Architecture in a separate class, but there it was under my "student key" in the Art class. I enjoyed it, but I thought the course tried to do too much.

Biology class

Biology online book "Mastering Biology" kept displaying errors such as the ones seen in the above posted screencap which states "math processing error" over and over again on many pages. Links to science definitions, questions and answers are supposed to be in those red links not a blank self-explanatory "math processing error" indicating something had been going wrong with the software over and over again. It was hacked. There were DDOS attacks/hacks and some of the science coursework in "Mastering Biology" mentioned Jay Z and Beyonce, which was crazy and out of place (I have screencaps of it and saved said pages).

Miami Dade College's advisement department immediately placed me in the worst and most unpopular class in the school "Biology" (due to how it is taught). The class has a high failure rate at the university based on what's written online by students. I did well in the class and passed it. However, the FBI was trying to move heaven and earth to prevent me from doing so.

In retrospect, another woman in financial aid at Miami Dade College kept stating to me in hushed tones "withdraw! withdraw!" when she saw my schedule. After taking "Biology" I see why she said it. I love science, but the Biology class was horrible at Miami Dade College (as taught by Professor Kendra Merchant).

I'd watched Biology lectures online by British and Ivy League (MIT) universities and it was taught in a better manner than what I took at Miami Dade College. To add insult to injury, under the FBI's influence, they tried to block me from taking the midterm and final exams in suspect events. The FBI contacted the university testing service Miami Dade College uses called ProctorU and fraud ensued.

Imagine teaching a course and trying to block the student from taking the midterm and final exams, which would ensure they would fail and lose their grants, loans and scholarship money, and be kicked out of school. There was a massive dogfight behind the scenes regarding me getting to take my midterm and final exams. I was astonished and offended. I still am.

Miami Dade College had emailed me stating I was to click the link contained in the email and take the Biology midterm. I clicked the link in the email and registered on the ProctorU website, as instructed by the school. Then, ProctorU, under the influence of the FBI, corruptly tells me in a chat I screencapped "there is no midterm" for Professor Kendra Merchant's Biology course.

However, weeks later I found out through the former dean, the amiable Jamie Anzalotta, there was indeed a midterm, which counts for 10% of the final grade in Biology. Professor Merchant had given me an F for the midterm over ProctorU corruptly telling me there is no midterm, therefore they can't test me for it, when there was one.

I use the email link and register at ProctorU under my full legal name with my school information, only to find no exam listed. I click the chat button for help and ProctorU tell me in writing there is no midterm exam (when there actually was one but I was illegally being sabotaged as the FBI wanted me to flunk out of school):

Email from Miami Dade College informing me to take the midterm exam at ProctorU website:

At no time did the professor not wonder why I didn't take the midterm (and contact me) or was the FBI just happy to see that F as my grade for the midterm. No one contacted me about this. I found out a month later there was indeed a midterm.

At the time I thought nothing of there being no midterm, as the Art class did not have one, only a final. Thank God I screencapped that chat with Proctor U (among other things), as I would have no proof later regarding the corruption and Civil Rights Act violations/discrimination in this matter. Dean Anzalotta allowed me to take the midterm and final exam at a later date, against Professor Kendra Merchant's vile protests, and I passed.

However, ProctorU refused to let me take the Biology exams at home and also at Miami Dade College's computer library, which was odd, complaining there were technical issues. Then, ProctorU complained a Miami Dade College employee was present in the room (a librarian).

The dean had to intervene again and sent me to a Miami Dade College testing room, where I was able to take my Biology midterm and final in one sitting and passed. Something very suspect happened regarding ProctorU and the FBI is illegally behind it.

There was also a problem with taking the Art final at ProctorU (online). While taking the Art final at home over the internet, someone kept hacking it, turning off the video camera and audio, and kicking the ProctorU proctor off the session (I have screencaps).

This was after a 2-hour struggle regarding ProctorU's technician and me trying to stabilize the computer and internet connection, regarding strange third party interference we both saw in the computer and on the internet connection. Madonna's dirty hacker meddled in the Art final in trying to get me to flunk out of school.

Keep in mind, the proctor could see me and into my home via the webcam, including my hands and the laptop keyboard. There were times I was not touching the keyboard at all, as seen on the webcam recording, yet a third party was meddling in the test trying to corrupt and terminate it, and it was not the proctor.

The proctor kept drawing my attention to the third party interference (I have screencaps) as the hacker kept trying to terminate the test, in attempting to block me from taking it. Madonna's hacker was hacking and fighting like a lunatic in trying to block me from taking the final, which would have resulted in a lower final grade and potentially me losing my federal funding and place at university. Thankfully, I was able to quickly finish the final exam and pass the exam and class.

Biology professor Kendra Merchant was rude and unkind in unprovoked acts (I have the emails to prove it). I gave her the benefit of the doubt, even though in the early stages of the course I had read an article about her setting out to "cure cancer" with her students in a Miami Dade College lab.

The article was about Professor Merchant taking students into a Miami Dade College lab and rubbing items such as lemon, cumin, turmeric and marijuana on breast cancer cells. That won't cure cancer. Curing cancer is a complex process. If curing cancer were that simple people would go to their weed man and the spice rack in their kitchen, and cure it.

The "Mastering Biology" site was hacked in DDOS attacks on different occasions while I was in the class and I'm of the belief Madonna's hackers were behind it, as I've seen him hack other sites like a lunatic. I got logged out each time while doing class assignments and saw these error messages at different times:

My aunt is an accomplished scientist with decades of experience on Merchant. She went to an acclaimed university in Canada for 4-years and earned a chemistry degree. She used to test pharmaceutical drugs as a government scientist, to ensure their safety. Then she taught at a school in London, England for over 30-years, teaching thousands of student. Her daughter is one of the top doctors in London.

I asked my aunt what she thought about all of this regarding the Biology class, as I knew it was excessive and ill-advised trying to "master" biology in under 8-weeks. When I told her the syllabus and all that was crammed into it, she stated it was a bad idea.

The manufacturer meant for the book "Mastering Biology" to be taught in 1-year, as they sell you a 1-year subscription for $95. This indicates the manufacturer did not intend for 2/3rds of the book (424 pages of 638) to be taught in a slap-dash fashion in under 8-weeks.

Merchant set the syllabus as this, you must read 424 pages of the book "Mastering Biology" in under 8-weeks, do the very technical midterm by week four (50 questions), the very technical final by week 8 (70 questions), answer several hundred quiz questions within the 8-week course, watch 14 science films she assigned and post to the discussion board 14 thorough film reviews with external links and article excerpts as a part of each film review, post responses to 14 of your classmates, plus two additional posts.

She also required you be logged in and active on her page for at least 15-hours per week, or she'd count it and kick you out of her class if it was under said amount. Here's the thing, how can one log into MDC's Blackboard page for 15-hours per week for 8-weeks, plus read 424 pages on the Pearson site for "Mastering Biology" in under 8-weeks, answer several hundred quiz questions, and watch 14 science films and do 14 reviews, without it turning into a full time job, when you have other classes as well.

As a result, I was on the sites all the time and for the first time in my life became hypertensive and developed blurred vision. My doctor attributed it to the Biology course, and he referred me to an ophthalmologist. I still have 20/20 vision, but the ophthalmologist is of the belief something happened to the retinas from staring at the screen for so long, day after day, and my blood pressure going up 20 points. I have since corrected the problem with my blood pressure (it was stress from the class) and my eyes are better, as I'm not staring at the screen so much now.

I thought it was unethical. You are setting students up to fail demanding all that in under 8-weeks. To do all that plus complete your other coursework for 2 to 3 other classes is excessive (and you must do at least 2 classes per semester to be in compliance with grants, loans and scholarships).

Turns out many students failed Kendra Merchant's "Biology" class at Miami Dade College and it messed up their scholarships, grants and school loans. They lost their funding, because if you don't maintain at least a C average on your classes Miami Dade College will revoke your U.S. government scholarships, grants and loans. You will also still have to repay your loan, whether or not you find money from a magic money tree to pay thousands and thousands of dollars out of your own pocket to complete your degree.

I didn't like the class. I love science. However, if you are not careful that class will put you right off science. This couldn't have happened at a worse time, as the world is in a pandemic and America needs more doctors and scientists. Thousands of students are going through Miami Dade College and could see their academic futures destroyed by that class.

ProctorU mysteriously claimed technical difficulties and stated they could not administer my Biology midterm and final exam on my computer at home then made the same excuse when I traveled 3-hours to Miami Dade College's campus to use their computer courtyard with their employees present. I was later able to take the Biology midterm and final exams weeks later when the dean's assistant arranged for it to be done at Miami Dade College's testing division.

Comcast speed test I conducted on my computer while the ProctorU employee was in the computer and watching stated my internet connection was fine, but ProctorU stated otherwise:

Computer Class

One of the required classes to obtain your degree at Miami Dade College is the computer class. Brazen fraud transpired regarding what occurred in this class. The professor, Carlos Guerrero, who has been with the school for years, was completely unprofessional. He posted instructions stating students must purchase a subscription to the McGraw Hill "Simnet" program and complete the assignments he chose within it.

Professor Guerrero also instructed students complete an "hour of code" on an external site, without giving defined instructions as to which items he wanted done on Code.org (where there was no "hour of code" listed). I ended up having register and do all the assignments on the Code.org website page, which took many hours, not an "hour of code", as his instructions were so vague. I got 100% for the grade.

At the beginning of the class Professor Guerrero posted to use "Chrome or Firefox" browser to do the lengthy assignments in McGraw Hill's Simnet software. I used Firefox, which I have been using for a decade with no problems. However, as I found out towards the end of the class, Firefox is not compatible with Simnet.

From day one Professor Guerrero violated school rules in not posting his email address or phone number on the course page, which is a requirement all professors must complete. This is to ensure the students have a way to contact the professors for guidance on any problems that arise. In all the classes I've taken at Miami Dade College, every professor has their email and phone numbers available on the course pages.

I had no way to contact Professor Guerrero when from day one Simnet began malfunctioning. I even emailed Miami Dade College's tech support, stating his email address/contact info are missing from the page (I have screencaps of it missing from the page, and the email I sent regarding it).

My email to Miami Dade College's tech support:

Professor's email address missing from the course page. See item highlighted in red that has several x's where his email address should be:

Here is the professor's instructions to use "Chrome" or Firefox" (highlighted in red) to do the course work/assignments. I used "Firefox" and Simnet completely malfunctioned for several weeks, making it exponentially more difficult to complete the massive amount of course work:

McGraw Hill's Simnet kept having glitches and freezing up for hours saying "loading next step. Please wait..." forcing over a dozen restarts per day, which the professor, who was missing for me until the very end of the semester, then blamed on Firefox:

Here is the professor, Carlos Guerrero, who was unavailable to me for most of the semester, as his email address was not on the course page, blaming Firefox for everything, after he gave instructions to use Firefox or Google Chrome. He's been at the job for years. Why tell people to use Firefox when based on your email, you realized it causes Simnet to malfunction:

I had contacted McGraw Hill's technical support over the phone three times and they told me to email them screencaps in response to their email with a tech support ticket number. However, after seeing the screencaps McGraw Hill's tech support concluded over the the phone that they don't know why the program Simnet is malfunctioning or how to fix it. Here's the screencaps I emailed to McGraw Hill from my Miami Dade College email account  which they requested of Simnet malfunctioning:

The yellow bar across the screen states "a web page is slowing down your browser" regarding McGraw Hill's Simnet program malfunctioning in Firefox which made it extremely difficult to do the coursework in a timely fashion. The pages kept freezing up and glitching for hours everyday:

I did not realize Simnet was malfunctioning due to Firefox. It was greatly slowing me down. Everyday the program would skip items, glitch and freeze up. I had to do disc clean-ups, clear the browser cache and restart my computer a dozen times or more a day to do the coursework in Simnet. What should take an hour per day was talking 8-hours or 12-hours or sometimes days due to Simnet malfunctioning in Firefox.

I contacted McGraw Hill's tech support and they emailed me about the matter, asking for screencaps, which I sent. Even over the phone they stated they don't know how to fix it. So, I had to keep working to do assignments that had thousands of steps to complete all the coursework, with a professor that was missing, as there was no email address for him.

With Simnet malfunctioning in Firefox, it is like working with one hand tied behind your back, to put it lightly. It's like someone asking you to dig up an entire field of many acres and giving you a little plastic shovel a child would use as a toy, rather than an industrial machine like a Caterpillar digger, as should be used.

Trying to complete Simnet is Firefox is like trying to dig up a field this with:

vs.

When I was final able to get in contact with the professor during the last week and a half of the class when his email address suddenly appeared, he responded to my email stating I'm using "Firefox" and to use "Chrome."

After giving the bad instructions in a message posted on the course page, which stated use "Chrome or Firefox." To add insult to injury, he locked off Simnet 9-days before the course ended so you can't complete all of it.

He further violated school rules in setting the final exam deadline 5-days earlier than the rest of the classes at Miami Dade College, as confirmed by the school's testing department. He further didn't answer my email for 5-days, where I asked where I should go to take the final exam, in light of all the aforementioned problems with ProctorU. He waited 5-days to answer my email, and answered 1-day after the early deadline he had set in violation of school rules. That looks suspect and fraudulent. He also basically phoned-in the class and got paid for it.

9-days prior to the final exam deadline, I contacted the office of the new dean, Helen Muniz, by phone, then they gave me the email address to request an appointment to speak to her. Dean Muniz's office answered the email and states they have forwarded to her assistant dean, Gloria De Los Reyes, all these issues with ProctorU regarding the Biology midterm and final exams that needed to be taken as ProctorU was running amok again, plus the Computer class issues and final exam for the Computer class also needed to be taken.

Assistant dean De Los Reyes spoke to me over the phone. She was nice, but everything was not done. She forwarded the issue of the three exams that needed to be taken to Miami Dade College's testing department, stating they would take care of everything via arranging for me to come into the school to take the three exams.

However, they only arranged for me to take the Biology midterm and final. No one addressed the problems with the Computer class final exam that needed to be taken, or the issues regarding Simnet and Professor Guerrero locking portions of the program off early, despite being alerted to the fact there software was no working correctly. McGraw Hill contacted him as well. Yet he continued down this treacherous path, rushing to close out the class days early, in violation of school rules.

Now my course work for the Computer class is incomplete and despite the fact I gave dean's office 9-DAYS notice regarding the problems with ProctorU, even sending them screencaps of ProctorU running amok in claiming technical difficulties at my home and at Miami Dade College's computer courtyard of all places, they all let the school set deadline for the computer final pass and did not give me an opportunity to take it.

Assistant dean Del Los Reyes later said there's nothing more she can do. She offered to refund my money regarding the course, but I refused it. I did an enormous amount of work in the Computer class. It was thousands of computer steps, selections and answers I had to complete over the course of a few months. I also did all the assignments on the Code.org page. I would have to do all that work over again, as the 4-credits assigned to the Computer class are needed to get the degree.

The worst part about it that really ticks me off (hence this article exposing what they did) my mother has Guillain Barre, which is a form of paralysis, and I'm her sole caregiver. I take care of my mom. She relies on me for everything. Professor Carlos Guerrero's reckless, fraudulent conduct took a significant amount of time away from her care, as I spent an enormous amount of time struggling with Simnet for months under his horrible instructions that caused the program to completely malfunction on a daily basis (not to mention his lack of teaching).

This conduct constitutes fraud under U.S. law, as it involves federal funds, not to mention the sum in question that was paid for the computer class exceeds $500 (felony). You can't take several hundred dollars of someone's money for a class and software to do the assignments, then deny them the opportunity to take the final when your third party testing service flakes under illegal FBI pressure and interference, and the professor failed to do his job in accordance with school rules.

The manufacturer even informed the professor there is a problem, which he clearly knew already judging by his response to my email ("use Chrome"), but he locked off the program early and set the final exam early in violation of school rules.

This was the final straw for me regarding what's been transpiring at Miami Dade College. Hence this article. I'm tired of the racism, discrimination and fraud. The world needs to see this horrible discrimination and abuse I'm being illegally subjected to in violation of the Civil Rights Act and fraud laws. Every semester there's some proverbial and sinister dogfight, with nefarious individuals interfering in my education (namely the FBI). The FBI are a disgrace and embarrassment to the U.S. government.

In May, Miami Dade College tried to hold on to the remaining federal funds in my grant and school loan (for the first year), citing the debacle with the computer class, which was not my fault. This was the plan the whole time. The FBI was behind it.

They even mysteriously lost documents to do with my degree planning and sent me an email stating that I need to have the documents done over and upload it again. I informed them the next documents I'm sending anywhere will be to the U.S. Congress regarding the fraud transpiring with federal funds in this matter.

Then they sent me a follow up email where they mysteriously found all the missing documents and relented. The email stated I'm to come in and pick my classes for the new semester. I will let you know what happens with that...and if dean Helen Muniz corrects the wrong that was done in the Computer class (I was unlawfully denied the right to take the final exam and the professor had locked Simnet off early knowing there were problems).

In closing, the FBI needs to take a long, hard look in the mirror regarding what they've done, as it is very sick and evil. Their conduct in violating the Civil Rights Act on education is a disgrace and embarrassment. We're in 2021 and I was denied the right to enter the medical program at the school that other students are permitted to enroll in.

Then extreme efforts were made in an effort to destroy my academic record. I was denied the right to take exams, which constitutes fraud, clearly with the goal of trying to fraudulently get me to flunk out of school, despite the fact I have been receiving great grades.

The whole thing reminded me of a letter I saw online, regarding a black person being told they can't attend a medical school because they're black and it's pretty telling that in 2021 the FBI are still engaging in these dirty, racist tactics, illustrating they haven't changed one bit from slavery days or the Civil Rights era.

A letter I found online dated August 5, 1959, regarding a black man, Marion Gerald Hood, being denied entry into medical school in America because they do not accept people of "the negro race":
