Chris Brown R&B singer and womanbeater, Chris Brown, has been on the European leg of his current controversial tour in support of his flopped CD "Fortune." The Judiciary Report has received word Brown has cheated on his two girlfriends, Rihanna and Karruche Tran, with a blonde.
