Stormy Daniels Lawyer Michael Avenatti Arrested For Beating Up His Girlfriend Avenatti Screamed At Condo Building Security Who Was Protecting Her “She Hit Me First” November 15. 2018
Michael Avenatti Michael Avenatti, 47, the attorney of stripper and porn star, Stormy Daniels (Stephanie Clifford) who accused President Donald Trump of having an affair with her a decade ago and sending an unnamed man to threaten her into silence, has been arrested in Los Angeles on felony domestic violence criminal charges. Daniels’ case Avenatti filed against the president was dismissed last month. Yesterday, Avenatti was arrested for beating up his girlfriend at a condominium. Initially, TMZ reported it was his ex-wife who was the victim of domestic violence in connection with the arrest. However, they later corrected the story to reveal it was another woman, whose name has not been released at this time. Avenatti is accused of violently throwing her out of the condo, but her things were still inside the property. She was found on the sidewalk screaming and crying into her phone, "I can't believe you did this to me. I'm going to get a restraining order against you." Avenatti was arrested for repeatedly hitting her in the face, leading to swelling and bruising. She reported Avenatti to the police, who logged the charges and placed a restraining order against him. Avenatti is not permitted to approach the victim. However, he did so shortly after she returned home from the police station and building security was escorting her up to the condo unit.

Avenatti ran into the lobby of the building, where he saw security gathered and began repeatedly screaming, “She hit me first!” Then Avenatti screamed, “This is bulls**t! This is f*****g bulls**t!” Police were summoned to the building, as Avenatti was disturbing the peace. Officers spoke to Avenatti for several minutes and then arrested him. The Los Angeles Police Department booked Avenatti on criminal charges and he was released on $50,000 bail. Even if she did hit him first, he should not have hit her back and repeatedly. He should have gotten out of there, rather than battering a woman. Avenatti is a lawyer. He is supposed to know better. At the end of the day, I simply don’t believe him. Avenatti is a sexist and white supremacist. It’s amazing how Avenatti got two women (Julie Swetnick and her unnamed friend) to lie about Trump’s Supreme Court Justice pick, Brett Kavanaugh, engaging in gang rape, which they later recanted and changed their stories (a third woman recanted as well). Avenatti and Swetnick are now under criminal investigation by congressional order for trying to frame up Kavanaugh, yet Avenatti is now claiming he was set up in this domestic violence case. As the Bible says, “You reap what you sow."
Stormy Daniels and husband Glendon Crain are in divorce court. He has won custody of their daughter and a restraining order. He informed the court he is afraid she would sexually exploit the underage girl while on a stripper tour of U.S. cities. He is also of the belief she has been having sex with Avenatti. A few months ago, Daniels was arrested for groping undercover cops in a strip club. Avenatti previously stated that the woman should always be believed, but is now telling the public not to believe the woman who filed criminal charges against him for hitting her face in. Which is it Michael? I don’t believe every woman or man. I like to look at the evidence and even then it may still be difficult to determine what transpired. Avenatti is a con artist. That we know. Avenatti’s muddy legal history is comprised of several lawsuits filed against him for defrauding innocent people out of millions of dollars, their assets and labor, which serves as proof he is a con. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) also hit him with a massive tax evasion bill, as he’s owed the government millions of dollars. Now he’s set his sights on becoming President of the United States, believing the hype from the press attention he managed to finagle with the lies he has been telling about prominent people in the government. Avenatti got very arrogant in framing a sitting president and a Supreme Court justice nominee. It is slimy, sleazy, corrupt and crazy. He is power hungry and not thinking of the consequences of his actions.
Michael Avenatti will no doubt try to get the woman to recant her story. Previously he manipulated a woman who stated he was "twisting" her words in demanding she lie about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh gang raping women (NBC Hid Information Regarding Michael Avenatti And Client Julie Swetnick Lying About Brett Kavanaugh). Avenatti is not a man of unimpeachable character. He also has a very shady past. He was begging for trouble going after the president, a Supreme Court pick and getting arrogant and reckless with Chuck Grassley, who is the head of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in Congress. Avenatti really lost himself in this. He recklessly attacked prominent national figures, using lies and his hands aren’t clean, which is foolish and risky. All they had to do was start investigating him and now he’s under criminal charges. Now that Avenatti has two criminal cases against him, replete with a felony arrest this week, high profile Democrats who had unwisely aligned themselves with him, are distancing themselves from him, and CNN pretended they don’t know him (despite the fact they repeatedly featured him on their show telling lies about others). I stated 4-months ago that Democrats should not align themselves with Avenatti in their zeal to takedown Trump, as the attorney is of questionable character. Since that time I was proven right about Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick, because they are now under criminal investigation over the Kavanaugh lies/perjury and once again, Avenatti has been arrested for felony domestic violence. They knew his history, yet politically got in bed with him anyway. When you dance with the devil, you will get burned.

So desperate for power, publicity and attention, Avenatti
knowingly coached two women into lying about Kavanaugh gang raping scores of
women, in a story that was so implausible it should have set off alarms
immediately indicating it was a lie (Kavanaugh was underage at the time and
Swetnick an adult, not to mention she kept going back to these alleged gang
rapes months apart and did not bother to call the police not one time). To the public I state this, if you are a real victim of crime, by all means come forward, go to the police and seek justice over what happened to you. However, if you are a corrupt, power hungry, attention seeking liar making up stories in trying to frame others, watch your butt, because your day is coming.
