Stormy Daniels and her husband Glendon Crain are in the middle of a very messy divorce. Crain filed for divorce this month. The two porn stars wed in 2015 and have a 7-year-old daughter. Daniel's allegations of a sexual affair with President Donald Trump in 2006 and claims he sent an intimidating man to shut her up in 2016, has brought an intense amount of controversy and negative publicity on the family.

Daniels alleges her husband threw a fan at her during a previous incident of domestic violence. However, he is stating she attacked him. Crain was able to obtain a restraining order against Daniels on behalf of himself and their daughter. The court has now barred Daniels from contacting her husband or child.

Crain informed the court he is against his wife's request, as he believes Daniels will pimp out their preteen daughter in sexual situations, causing the child harm. A tour bus full of strippers is no place for a child. Things will be said that a child should not hear. Things may even be done that a child should not see or be a part of in any measure. As Daniels is a drug addict and alcoholic, she may not be in the frame of mind to protect her child.

Crain is also accusing Daniels of committing adultery, which is something she did with married men before their marriage. Crain is likely uncomfortable with Daniels' relationship with her attorney, Michael Avenatti, who has a questionable record as a lawyer. Avenatti has engaged in unethical conduct on a number of fronts. The implication is Daniels' is one of them.
