Molina Healthcare CEO, Joseph M. Zubretsky, is running a highly questionable healthcare company. Molina Healthcare is completely corrupt and unequivocally the worst healthcare company in America. Zubretsky is aware of the damaging conduct of Molina Healthcare, which has killed patients (such as cutting corners in healthcare) and employees (discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and cheating workers out of their wages), but continues to arrogantly act in a manner that is deliberately criminal.

Molina is defrauding doctors and hospitals to show a profit on the stock market, which really isn’t a profit, but non-payment of millions of dollars in services rendered (Molina Healthcare Sued In Class Action Lawsuit For Stealing Pay From Doctors).

Corrupt acts by Molina led to a boycott being called for on this site against Molina and they began losing customers (Molina Healthcare Posts $612 Million In Losses, Loses Two Big Contracts And A Lawsuit Against The Government). It just as well, they're a reckless, greedy and dangerous company.

It is also not a good stock, as they have been deceiving shareholders and are being sued for it left, right and center (Molina Healthcare Hit With Class Action Lawsuits For Deceiving Shareholders In Lying About The Financial State Of The Company Then Losing Nearly $1 Billion Dollars).

Molina is also recklessly not properly screening their drivers and it is endangering patients of their healthcare plan (Molina Healthcare Engaging In Very Poor Screening Of Drivers Leading To Death Threat Issuing Man With Gang Ties Being Hired To Transport Vulnerable Sick Patients and Molina Healthcare Lawyer No Longer Defending Death Threat Case Concerning Man They Hired With Ties To Los Angeles Street Gang Who Threatened Defenseless Customer).

There’s no way a decent human being could preside over all this unlawful behavior in good conscience. Anyone who could preside over that is not a good person. End of story. Yet, Joseph M. Zubretsky is breaking the law at Molina Healthcare every day and harming patients.
