The worst health insurance company in America, Molina Healthcare, has been hiring drivers to transport sick patients without doing proper background checks on them. This resulted in Molina hiring a dangerous man with gang ties to transport sick, vulnerable patients to and fro the hospital and medical offices. Said driver violated HIPAA via third parties and even issued an unprovoked, evil death threat to a cardiac patient in what caused arrhythmic damage and could have induced another heart attack.

As stated previously on the site Molina Healthcare is also committing perjury in court. When Molina Healthcare are sued in California for their unlawful conduct, they commit criminal perjury in court records by entering documents that state they do not own Molina Healthcare, when they do. For a law firm and its lawyers to commit perjury is felonious. They are playing with fire in what will result in criminal charges. They can count on it.

Molina Healthcare is being represented in cases by the Hinshaw & Culbertson law firm, attorneys such as Edward A. Stumpp and Robert C. Bohner. They are actively committing perjury and trying to excuse the inexcusable, via Molina's criminal practices. In doing so they have become accomplices to Molina Healthcare's criminal behavior.

For the sake of your health and finances boycott Molina Healthcare health insurance (you will get nothing but terrible service from them). Most doctors offices and hospitals don't take Molina anyway, as the company has a detailed history of NOT paying their bills. Additionally, boycott Molina Healthcare on the stock market as well.
