Molina Healthcare is facing a number of scandals for bad behavior and poor practices. The company was recently cut out of billions of dollars in healthcare contracts by the states of Florida and New Mexico. Other states are threatening to follow suit. Molina has been sued by an employee for disability discrimination, which is ironic and embarrassing considering they are a health insurance company. Molina has defrauded thousands of doctors out of their pay. Molina has also defrauded hospitals out of hundreds of millions of dollars in pay, resulting in lawsuits against the company in different U.S. states.

Molina is very lax with its practices, posing a danger to those who have their health insurance. They are not screening their drivers properly, which endangers healthcare patients they transport. There was an incident regarding a Molina driver transporting a heart patient to and from the hospital and issuing a very brazen and illegal death threat. Select Molina drivers have also violated HIPAA in illegally sharing the medical information of patients.

Molina drivers lack professionalism and punctuality. Patients are often left stranded due to Molina Healthcare misconduct. They are not a good choice for those seeking a health insurance company. Avoid Molina at all costs. They are also a risky financial investment on the stock market. They are not a good buy, as they are engaging in misconduct and getting sued for it, all while losing lucrative government contracts.
