Judge Unseals 400 Pages In Jussie Smollett Hate Crime Hoax Case Showing The Actor Was Buying Drugs And Staging Hate Crime

400 pages of files were unsealed in the hate crime hoax case of disgraced Hollywood actor Jussie Smollett and it’s a real doozy. A number of items stick out. Police had discovered Smollett was lying regarding the hate crime complaint he filed for publicity and a pay raise on the TV show “Empire.” Police investigated and discovered Smollett had paid two of his friends from “Empire” to help him stage the attack. Smollett’s two friends are black, as is he (the Osundario brothers).

However, Smollett falsely claimed to police that two white men, who are President Trump MAGA supporters, assaulted him, tied a racist noose around his neck, poured bleach on him and screamed racial and homophobic slurs in Chicago at approximately 2:00 AM on January 29, 2019. When police brought Smollett in to view a line up of suspects, which contained the two Osundario brothers, he stated they are not the ones who attacked him, as they are “black as sin.” Smollett pretended not to know the Osundario brothers.

As the phrase goes “two wrongs don’t make a right.” Just because there has been incidents of racist people falsely identifying black males as suspects in cases, only for it to later be discovered otherwise, does not mean Smollett should smear white people in trying to set up someone for a crime they did not commit. That will not bring about racial equality. It will only divide. That goes for white people falsely accusing blacks and black people like Smollett fraudulently accusing whites.

Another item of note is, once it was discovered Smollett is lying about the hate crime, police presented a check the actor had written the Osundario brothers for $3,000 to stage the hoax. The check stated it was for physical “training” with Smollett attempting to maintain the lie. However, a look at his finances reveals Smollett repeatedly labeled financial transactions as “training” that were actually for criminal activity.

For example, when Smollett contacted his drug dealer, he paid for the illegal narcotics and labeled the expensed “training.” Therefore, this supports the police’s contention that Smollett was being deliberately deceitful in stating the $3,000 check to the Osundario brothers was for “training” when in actuality it was to stage the hate crime he falsely told police was committed by two white Trump supporters.

Smollett was also arrogantly offensive, in using code words for the illegal drugs he was ordering from his drug dealer. Smollett listed the drugs as “Weed, molly or Whitney.” Weed is marijuana, molly is Ecstasy tablets and Whitney is cocaine. Smollett is an arrogant jerk to name cocaine “Whitney” after the late, great singer, who died of drowning with cocaine in her system. It is very disrespectful. Whitney had more talent in her pinky finger than Smollett does in his whole body. At least Whitney’s albums didn’t flop like Jussie’s did this year.

Once again, he needs to sit down and be quiet. He really believes his self-created hype, which has led to this massive mess. He wasn’t even the star of “Empire.” Now he’s messed it up for all of them, as Fox cancelled the show due to the Smollett scandal. He cost everyone their paycheck (not that I‘m a fan of the show because I‘m not).

The only part of this I find sad is this scandal had black and white people angry at each other for nothing. Not to mention, three hardworking, educated Chicago prosecutors fled their jobs under death threats, when they did not prosecute Smollett, under pressure from his special friend, former President Barack Obama (There Have Been Massive Problems In The Obama Marriage).

Illinois Attorney General, Kim Foxx, is still struggling to keep her job, due to the fall out from the scandal. Why? All because a spoiled, greedy, entitled Hollywood actor, Smollet, wanted more money and attention than he was getting. He should be in prison for all the damage he has caused.
