Jussie Smollett Refuses To Repay $130,000 To The City Of Chicago For Hate Crime Hoax Prompting Threat Of A Lawsuit Against The Disgraced Actor

Today was the deadline for disgraced, deranged Hollywood actor, Jussie Smollett, 36, to pay the City of Chicago $130,000 for the hate crime hoax he perpetrated that wasted police time and resources. Reports indicate the city will sue Smollett for the $130,000, to recoup their costs.

Smollett staged a hate crime with two friends from the show they featured on called "Empire." Immediately proceeding the staged attack, crazy Smollett posted photos of himself online for attention, public sympathy and money, as he was seeking assurance regarding his role on "Empire" that was in jeopardy and a raise from the Fox network, who airs the show. Greedy, narcissistic Smollett was not satisfied with the $65,000 per episode he was making, which is more than most television actors receive.

Smollett then filed a criminal complaint with police stating he was the victim of a racist, homophobic attack by two white men, who are President Trump supporters, wearing red "MAGA" hats ("Make America Great Again"). Smollett stated they punched him repeatedly, poured bleach on him and tied a noose around his neck. He also stated they called him "that 'Empire' fa**ot ni**er" and screamed "MAGA country" which was odd, as Chicago is largely black.

Police began to investigate the case, searching for the perpetrators, but all the evidence kept leading back to Smollett. CCTV footage revealed Smollett's two black friends from "Empire", brothers Olabinjo Osundairo and Abimbola Osundairo, leaving the spot he told police he was attacked in Chicago on January 29, 2019 at 2:00AM.

Further investigation revealed Smollett's friends the Osundairo brothers buying red hats (to look like "MAGA" hats) and rope, which they used to fashion into a noose. The items were purchased at a local hardware store. Police obtained the cash register receipt and CCTV footage of the in the Osundairo brothers making the purchases. The video is crystal clear.

Police also raided the home of the the Osundairo brothers and retrieved the bleach bottles they used in the attack. When they returned from a trip abroad, police detained them at the airport. The brothers told the police the truth that Smollett had paid them $3,5000 to help him stage the attack.

What alarms me about liberals in Hollywood is the fact they are going to sick extremes to fake crimes and offenses for public sympathy and money. That is severe mental illness and it is dangerous to society, because as we see in this case, in nearly started a race war when people on social networking became very angry. The hoax also damaged race relations, which is regrettable.

There was no need for Smollett to do this. There are enough problems in the world without him inventing new ones for attention, sympathy and money. To do such a thing says he has no character or integrity. He has also disgraced his parents and family as a whole, as it lends the impression he was raised the wrong way. People could have been killed over what he did and that is inexcusable.

Smollett also made a fool of the people who publicly supported him in this case. When news first broke about this story, anyone who dared to question the discrepancies in Smollett's story was attacked on social networking as hateful and crazy. Yet, here you have it, Smollett has been shown to be the crazy one (like many in Hollywood) as his friends and police state he staged the whole thing. CCTV footage from the fake crime scene and hardware store also all point to Smollett having staged it. President Trump labeled Smollett, "An embarrassment to our country."

Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx lied to the public in stating she had recused herself from the Jussie Smollett case, due to the Obamas having corruptly asked her for assistance in getting the criminal charges dropped. Then it was discovered she had not recused herself at all.

Hollywood is disgracing the U.S. justice system to the nation and the world, via engaging in acts of criminal corruption, in bids at getting away with serious crimes. The story regarding Smollett has been carried all over the world and what did the public see - a corrupt prosecutor, Kim Foxx, bowing to pressure from a former president, Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama, who had her aide, Tina Tchen order her to drop the charges on behalf of their crony and asset Smollett. The public erupted in anger online.

I don't care what color you are, what political party you belong to, what country you come from, you should not make excuses for criminal behavior and tamper in cases, via perverting the course of justice, as it will disgrace the nation to everyone. People all over America and the world are wondering how Smollett walked away from criminal charges, when his misconduct is so serious and have labeled the justice system corrupt (look it up on social networking and in domestic and global articles on the case).

What the Obamas and Foxx perpetrated, and to the anger of the mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, and Police Superintendent, Eddie Johnson, is a complete embarrassment and disgrace. All it has done is eroded public confidence in the Judiciary. Sealing the case as well, to cover up what transpired, has also eroded public confidence in the Judiciary.

Even though Smollett has gotten out of the charges, people who didn't know or have an opinion on him, now hate Jussie, as seen in comments posted on social networking and article feedback sections all over the internet. Because if there's one thing the public (on the left and the right) hate is rich and or famous people getting away with crime that everyone else would face jail for committing.

Smollett was a fool to stage this hate crime, as he has ruined his career, name and that of Kim Foxx. His conduct helped to further diminish the television ratings of "Empire." He's also muddied his family's name, as people are expressing their anger at them as well and vowing to boycott them too.
