Jussie Smollet Slammed For Conspiring With Fellow ‘Empire’ Actors To Stage A Homophobic And Racist Assault On Himself And Blame It On President Trump MAGA Supporters (Video)

Hollywood actor Jussie Smollet, 36, who stars on the Fox show "Empire" is being slammed all over the internet for filing a false police complaint. Smollett went to police with the accusation that on January 29, 2019, two white men wearing President Trump "MAGA" hats (Make America Great Again) beat him up, poured bleach on him and called him that "Empire fa**ot ni*ger.”

From day one Smollet’s story did not make sense to me. When he stated he was attacked by two racist white men wearing “MAGA” red hats, who called him that "Empire fa**ot ni*ger” I did not believe him for the simple reason they do not watch “Empire.” MAGA people are not the demographic of the show “Empire.”

Smollett and his manager initially claimed two white men wearing MAGA hats physically attacked him and screamed, “This is MAGA country.” Then, Smollett retracted the claim the men wore MAGA hats and screamed, "This is MAGA country." Smollett originally claimed he was hospitalized after the attack, then he retracted it stating he saw a doctor. Smollett originally claimed his ribs were broken in the attack, then retracted it stating they were only bruised.

Smollett stated the two men put a noose around his neck (like a lynching) and pour bleach on him. He has not retracted this part of the story yet. However, police asked Smollett to present his phone and phone records to help with the investigation, as CCTV cameras in Chicago, a well-mapped out city, showed no signs of the attack.

The police have not been able to find footage of two white males anywhere near Smollett during the time of the alleged attack that occurred at 2:00AM on a freezing cold Chicago night, when the actor stated he went out to get a sub sandwich at Subway restaurant.

Smollet initially refused to present the phone and records to police. His manager, whom he stated was on the phone with him during the attack, also refused to present his phone and its records. After the item went public about the phone, Smollett changed his mind and presented the records, but heavily redacted (blacked out), which the police stated was of no use to them and did not provide evidence to pursue criminal charges on his behalf.

ABC News in Chicago has now revealed that police obtained Smollett's phone records on their own via subpoena. There is also a report that police digitally scraped mobile phone towers in the area of the alleged attack and discovered Smollett had been in contact with two men from the “Empire” cast in that time frame.

Police raided the home of the two “Empire” actors, Olabinjo Osundairo and Abimbola Osundairo. Olabinjo has a criminal record from 2012 for assault/aggravated battery. The Daily Mail reported the original charge was, "Attempted murder, two counts of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, one of aggravated battery with an air rifle, two of aggravated battery in a public place ad one of unlawful restraint."

Police discovered the two African-American men had fled to their ancestral home of Nigeria, on the day of the attack, as communicated to them by the actors' family during the raid. Police also recovered 5 bottles of bleach from their home, among other items, during the raid.

Journalists at ABC News are stating Smollett conspired with the two men from the “Empire” cast to stage the attack, as he was being written off the show. I am of the belief Smollett hurt himself and had his two accomplices do the same in a staged attack, as his career was about to plummet in popularity. Smollett loves being famous, has been living a luxurious lifestyle since being on "Empire" and is also being kept. He does not want to give any of that up.

Yesterday, police found, arrested and questioned Smollett's fellow "Empire" actors, whose home they had raided. They were arrested on suspicion of assault and battery as, "Detectives have probable cause that they may have been in volved in an alleged crime."

The two men were then released after questioning. People are stating how is it Smollett knows the two men from "Empire" who were seen in a video in the vicinity of the alleged attack, yet he didn't recognize their voice when he was attacked. Once again, people are stating Smollett staged the attack. It’s a sign of severe mental illness to fabricate stories alleging terrible misconduct, such as assault. It is done in bids at trying to gain sympathy from others.

Smollett pitted blacks against whites, straight people against gays, Democrats against Republicans, all over his fabricated story that two racist white men wearing MAGA hats beat him up, poured bleach on him, put a noose around his neck, and issued racist and homophobic slurs such as "ni*ga" and "fa*got." He's sick in the head to have done this and the mere fact his story keeps changing says he's lying.

Daniels has been infringing my copyrights to terrible degrees and go so cocky with it, he even began stealing original items I authored for this site, www.JudiciaryReport.com and adding it to "Empire." He has also used my family members’ and friends names, along with my middle name, for characters on the show he stole from my copyrights, which is sick.

Lee Daniels is a perverted creep as well. He is 60-years-old and sexually preying on teenagers. Additionally, men like Smollett had to have sex with Daniels to get on the show. He likes preying on people, using a stolen show, to get sexual favors from young males, which is sick.

An attorney informed us that my copyrights are illegally being passed around A&R departments and movie studios, which constitutes serious financial crimes that are felonies. I have never granted anyone permission to use any of my copyrights. These acts Madonna and company are engaging in is completely criminal. She is a complete and total fraud who has been stealing copyrights her whole fake career.

A part of being in the Kabbalah cult is you have to publicly kiss Madonna’s ugly, leathery backside in interviews and on social networking, as a form of promotion for the washed up singer the public has long moved on from in every way. Her career died 20-years ago. Idiot Daniels did so, defending the ugly hag, by repeating her lies that her ex-husband, Sean Penn, beat her with a bat. Penn sued Daniels for $10,000,000 and won the case.

Daniels had to issue a public retraction and apology to Penn for publicly repeating the lie Madonna spread all over the industry that Penn beat her with a bat. He also had to make a donation to a charity Penn chose. Madonna had to write a declaration in the case that Penn did not hit her with a bat or abuse her in any other way, retracting the lies she previously spread around the industry or face a lawsuit as well. I have repeatedly warned on this site that Madonna is a sick, deranged, psychotic, crazy liar, who is not to be trusted. Smollett has lied just like the rest of the cult members.

Previously, I wrote about Daniels illegally using the life of a mentally disabled woman as the basis for his movie “Precious.” My mom is a social worker and one of the mentally disabled people she was responsible for is a woman named Marie. They used Marie's life, image and likeness without permission and did so via sick means (Hollywood's Ignorant, Racist And Hateful Characterizations Of Jamaicans).

As stated on the site previously, Madonna has been illegally invading my privacy in sick ways, in commissioned acts such as illegal wiretapping, computer and email hacking, phone hacking and sending thugs from her Kabbalah Center cult in Miami and London, England to stalk, approach, threaten and harass me.

I was called into the FBI twice for two interviews days apart, regarding Madonna’s private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, and 4-months later they arrested and indicted him on the very things I accused him and Madonna of doing. He is currently in prison.

During the course of Madonna’ sick, perverted invasion of privacy campaign against me, which also violated my family's privacy and that of some of my friends, Madonna and company violated HIPAA regarding my mom’s mentally disabled client, Marie. My mom works for a company that is contracted by the Department of Children and Families, which is the U.S. government. They help mentally and physically disabled people lead full and active lives.

As stated above, my mom was Marie's social worker. While nasty, ugly old Madonna criminally invaded our privacy, they illegally accessed emails regarding my mom’s work and illegally recorded all our telephone calls (as Pellicano was convicted of doing to many people stars paid him $100,000 each to criminally target). Madonna and Daniels, among others in their sick sect, became privy to the medical, legal and personal details of Marie's life in this manner and it is completely criminal.

My mom spoke to Marie, as well as Marie’s doctors, employers and family members over our telephones and mobile phones Madonna had illegally wiretapped. Marie’s life, things that happened to her, as well as her image and likeness were then illegally used by Madonna and Daniels for the movie “Precious.”

It got so bad people around Miami began calling poor Marie “Precious.” That was a sick, depraved and contemptible thing for Madonna and Daniels to do to anyone, let alone a mentally disabled person. It is outright criminal exploitation and it is going to come back to haunt them when the full truth is exposed to the public.

Madonna and Daniels, along with the rest of that sick cult, are so disgusting and repugnant. Their conduct constitutes severe criminal violations of HIPAA (Tier 4 violation - $1,500,000 fine and 10-years in prison), computer abuse, unauthorized access to stored data (email) and illegal wiretapping.

These people are not writers or producers. They are crazy degenerate thieves, who have taken control of Hollywood. They are too stupid to write their own material, so they commit acts of wholesale criminal copyright infringement in stealing from many people's preexisting copyrights and also use real people’s lives as material for their shows and movies. It is sick and invasive. In America there is something called the “Right of Publicity.” You cannot use someone’s life, name, image or likeness without their permission.

Madonna and her fellow lunatics in the cult have done this to Marie, me, members of my family and friends, in conduct that is completely sick, depraved and abominable. I have written things in time stamped emails (that I have saved to discs) only to see these deranged lunatics in Madonna’s cults use the preexisting emails in shows, movies and interviews, attributing themselves and often times VERBATIM. These people are completely out of control. The Jussie Smollett incident is more proof of that. These people don’t belong on TV or the radio. They belong in a prison for the criminally insane. It's Time for the Chicago PD to Charge Jussie Smollett for Fabricating a Hate Crime

The evidence demonstrates the attack, as alleged, never happened

Feb 12, 2019 10:22 AM - It’s time for the Chicago Police Department to stop wasting taxpayer resources investigating what is obviously a fabricated hate crime and charge Jussie Smollett with making a false statement to police. To quickly recap: Smollett, an openly gay actor and musician who stars in the Fox show, “Empire,” recently claimed he was the victim of a horrific hate crime perpetrated by Trump-supporting thugs. Besides acting, Smollett is well known for being an outspoken critic of President Trump.

According to the account relayed to the celebrity gossip site, TMZ, Smollett was attacked upon leaving a Chicago Subway sandwich shop around 2 AM. The masked attackers, he says, recognized him, hurled racial and homophobic epithets at him (”Empire f*gg*t n*gger!”), beat him up, tied a noose around his neck, poured bleach on him, and said triumphantly, “This is MAGA Country!”

The original report said his rib was broken in the attack and he was recovering in a hospital. Smollett also told police that in the days before the attack, he received a death threat in the mail. That letter was signed “MAGA,” the same thing he says his attackers yelled. The letter itself used letters from magazines to conceal the sender’s handwriting.

News of the attack immediately went viral, and celebrities worldwide used the incident to denounce what they described as growing intolerance of minorities. But as people clamored for more information, Smollett started clamming up. The Chicago Police Department opened an investigation, with an assist from the FBI, only to find the actor extremely uncooperative. What evidence they did turn up only served to undermine Smollett’s story.

During a performance at Chicago’s Troubadour Theater days after the attack, Smollett read a prepared statement acknowledging parts of his original story were untrue. Smollett admitted his ribs were not actually broken and that he never went to the hospital.

“A couple of points I wanted to make really quick; just because — four points,” he said before performing an encore. “I was bruised but my ribs were not cracked, they were not broken. I went to the doctor immediately, my friend Gatson [sp?] drove me. I was not hospitalized. Both my doctors in LA and Chicago cleared me to perform but said to take care obviously. But above all, I fought the f*ck back.”

Investigators have also failed to locate any evidence corroborating Smollett’s claims. Security footage reviewed by the Chicago Police Department show a gap where the actor was walking, disappeared from camera, and returned one minute later with a noose around his neck. For an attack as brutal as Smollett described, this is a very small time window for so much to have occurred.

The Chicago Police Department say security footage show the actor returning to his apartment still clutching the Subway sandwich he had bought before the incident, which many found surprising since he had just apparently undergone a horrific ordeal in which he “fought the f*ck back” against racist thugs. That his attackers happened to randomly run into him at 2 AM while carrying the perfect accessories for an anti-black hate crime — bleach and a noose — also struck many as odd, especially as a cold spell meant Chicago temperatures were well below zero that night.

Smollett initially refused to turn his phone over to police, who said it would be useful assisting their investigation. He has said he was speaking to his manager at the time of the attack. “We offered to take the phone to download the data,” a Chicago PD spokesman said, “and he expressed he couldn’t be without his phone for several hours.”

Two weeks after the apparent attack, the actor finally submitted “heavily redacted” phone records in the form of a PDF file, which the police say are useless. "We are very appreciative of the victim's cooperation however the records provided do not meet the burden for a criminal investigation," a Chicago police spokesman told ABC 7 Chicago. Smollett’s manager, Brandon Moore, has likewise refused to turn his phone over to police.

CNN submitted a FOIA request and learned that Smollett was initially hesitant to make a statement to the police about the incident. Chicago’s WGN reported that despite the massive investigation underway, “At this point, police have not found anything that conclusively proves Smollett was indeed attacked.” The station further reported that when police initially met Smollett at his apartment, he “still had a white rope draped around his neck” and that he asked officers to “turn off their body cameras.”

Others in Smollett’s upper-income Chicago neighborhood, Navy Pier, said the incident makes no sense, The New York Post reports: “I don’t believe it happened the way he said it did,” said Agin Muhammad, who lives in the same swank high-rise near the Navy Pier as Smollett. “I’ve been in this neighborhood five years. I don’t believe it, not around here … Half the people are gay and the other half are black.”

A patron at Lizzie McNeill’s Irish Pub, about a block from the scene of the alleged Jan. 29 incident, said Smollett’s story “doesn’t really make sense.” “It’s a lie, because Chicago is the most liberal city around,” said the man, who wouldn’t give his name. “They have cameras everywhere … Why can’t they find the attack?”...
