Felicity Huffman Makes Excuses For Her Criminal Behavior In College Admissions Scandal

Hollywood actress, Felicity Hufffman, was sentenced to 14-days in jail for committing criminal fraud to get her underachieving daughters into prominent colleges. In a recent interview, Huffman does not really own up to her crimes, but makes illogical and drastic excuses for her lawbreaking.

Huffman stated, "I asked if I could get dressed. I thought it was a hoax. I literally turned to one of the FBI people in a flak jacket and a gun and I go 'is this a joke?' It felt like I had to give my daughter a chance at a future. And so it was sort of like my daughter's future, which meant I had to break the law. I think I feel the people I owe a debt and an apology to is the academic community and to the students and the families that sacrifice and work really hard to get to where they are going legitimately."

Huffman still doesn't get the point. She is still laboring under the standard Hollywood arrogance and entitlement that has harmed many people. Huffman's daughters did not deserve the places they sought in prestigious universities and therefore should not have gained admittance.

Putting unqualified people in prestigious seats will only damage society, as they do not have the mental capacity or qualifications to do the jobs they covet. Just look at President Joe Biden for proof. He has ruined America via indirectly fighting wars, and the nation has become completely unaffordable due to high inflation, layoffs and business closures. He wasn't the man for the job.

If a person lacks the brain power to be a heart surgeon, guess what, for the safety of the public they should not be a heart surgeon. If you do not have the intelligence, skill and degrees to do such a complex and prestigious job, guess what, you should not have it. What's so difficult to understand about that. It goes for all posts that require highly skilled people.

Hollywood's problem is the industry of the past 20-plus years lacks integrity, ethics, talent and sanity. In Hollywood you can now walk up off the street and become a star with no talent or integrity (just be willing to do extremely evil things, which will eventually ruin you and your families, making it not worth it).

You can't just walk up off the street and become a heart surgeon, nuclear physicist or chemical engineer. Those jobs require intelligence, hard work, training and degrees. Hollywood does not like hard work. They prefer stealing from people and taking credit for things they are not doing. Hence the many lawsuits from people all over the place, alleging Hollywood stars and employees stole intellectual property and royalties/money.

For example, Jessica Seinfeld, the shiftless wife of comedian, Jerry Seinfeld, stole a whole cookbook from creative author, Missy Chase Lapine, after the woman appeared on the "Oprah Winfrey Show" promoting her product. Then they criminally corrupted the copyright infringement lawsuit filed by the real author, Lapine, to escape responsibility for the crimes that were committed - and copyright infringement is a crime under U.S. and international law.

Hollywood is all about appearances and not substance. There is nothing real out there. It's all smoke and mirrors. Very few in the industry have real accomplishments. 99% are frauds, criminals and scammers stealing from others and pretending to be something they are not.

They are so crazy in Hollywood, they start to believe they are doctors, lawyers, judges and scientists, because they played one on TV or in a film. They recite lines someone else wrote on a political drama or worked behind the scenes hiring people to put the fictional program together, and all of a sudden in real life they think they are foreign policy experts qualified to give orders in the White House (don't laugh, it's happened regarding people like Harvey Weinstein, George Clooney and others).

You see the insanity on them when you witness Hollywood stars and unqualified, so-called "executives" in the industry meddling in medicine, science and politics. No training or degrees in the subject, but are prominently in public spaces such as on television news shows, commanding others regarding how things should be in areas of society they do not understand, as they have no formal training or degrees on the subject.

Therefore, for Hollywood the "fake it till you make it" madness also applies to getting into top ranked universities they do not belong, because they have not applied themselves to earn it and do not have the intellect it takes to complete academic courses on a high level.

They see someone else doing something of merit, and they believe they can do it too, but do not want to do the hard work it takes or simply do not have the brain for the job. So they lie, steal, bribe and fake it until disaster strikes. Hollywood denizens refuse to accept the fact that most of them are not smart. Most in Hollywood obsess over their looks, not their education, then insanely meddle in medicine, science and politics, in trying to dictate public policy.

They are also crazy. Dumb and crazy are a dangerous combination. America's brightest minds are in academia, medicine, engineering and Silicon Valley. Not Hollywood. Stay in your lane.
