47-year-old daycare owner, Valencia Love, has learned the hard way that supporting a pedophile can prove quite costly. Judge Lawrence Flood has ruled that Love will not get the $100,000 back she paid as bond for Kelly to get him out of prison several months ago. The charges against Kelly have since multiplied and expanded to multiple jurisdictions, for his sexual abuse of underage girls.

The Daily Mail newspaper is reporting, "Judge Lawrence Flood said papers that Valencia Love, 47, signed clearly indicated she could lose the money. Her lawyer said in court Tuesday that she didn't know that when she paid 10 per cent of a $1 million bond that Kelly would be charged federally and land in federal jail."

Kelly's Illinois sexual assault case has refused to give $100,000 in bail money back to a woman who paid it in February to secure the singer's release from jail.
