This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report articles
“R Kelly
Made AN Illegal Aaliyah Sex Tape” (April 6, 2011) and “R

Pedophilic Behavior When He Raped Her As A 15-Year-Old Virgin
(Video)” (August 29, 2017) and “Prosecutors Asking Victims Of Sexual Predator And Domestic Violence
Abuser R Kelly To Come Forward” (January 9, 2019).
In the aforementioned articles I stated R Kelly had
not only been breaking U.S. state law, but federal law as well, in
transporting minors across state lines for immoral purposes. Today
the federal government moved in on the disgraced 52-year-old singer
and pedophile, R Kelly, for transporting minors across state lines
for immoral purposes.
The federal government arrested R. Kelly today on
new charges in a 13 count indictment, stemming from his sexual abuse
of underage girls. The charges include violations of the Mann Act
(transporting minors across state lines for illegal purposes),
racketeering and child porn. Kelly was taken into custody while he
walked his dog in Chicago, Illinois.
Federal charges are much worse than the previously
state charges Kelly faces in his home state of Illinois for sexual
abuse against underage girls. Federal sentencing guidelines and
prisons are much tougher. Federal charges are also more expensive to
defend, which cash strapped Kelly will have difficulty handling.
