The FBI Ignored Second Credible Tip That Florida School Shooter Nikolas Cruz Was Going To Kill Innocent People February 21. 2018
Florida Governor Rick Scott and members of the public have been calling for the resignation of FBI Director Christopher Wray The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is in more hot water in the aftermath of the school shooting that occurred last week at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The mass shooting by 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz left 14 students and 3 teachers dead. It was revealed last week that the FBI engaged in criminal negligence in not properly checking out a tip they received from bail bondsman, Ben Bennight, regarding his You Tube page (FBI Makes Deceitful Claim They Could Not Find School Shooter Nikolas Cruz 5-Months Ago With Credible Tip From You Tube Page). An individual with the name Nikolas Cruz, left a very disturbing message on a video posted on Bennight's You Tube page. Cruz's message read, "I am going to be a professional school shooter." The FBI visited Bennight and expected him to give them all the answers, when it was their job to investigate the lead. The FBI agent asked Bennight what made him think the post was threatening. Bennight explained his valid concerns. However, the FBI did not investigate. Under U.S. law it is illegal to post a threat of violence as Cruz did on You Tube. They had probable cause to arrest him. Recently, it was revealed the FBI received a second tip on January 5, 2018 regarding Cruz. A person close to him called the FBI tip line and stated Cruz is dangerous and exhibiting a desire to kill people. Once gain, the FBI ignored the credible tip, which told them Cruz's name, where to find him and the nature of the violent threats he had been spewing. The FBI has no excuse for this egregious criminal negligence. As I have repeatedly written on this site for years, this is the FBI's way. They are not going to change. Every time the FBI gets into trouble for this type of behavior that costs innocent people their lives, Congress just yells at them on television in a self-righteous manner, then it's back to their usual negligence (see RELATED ARTICLES below for many cases of FBI criminal negligence that cost innocent people their lives). Congress has repeatedly increased the FBI's budget, which stands at $9 billion dollars per year, all derived from taxpayer money. The FBI has 35,104 employees, in a figure that has grown over the past few years. Yet none of them could be bothered to investigate two credible tips warning of serious criminal behavior. They're not doing their jobs.
Nikolas Cruz Once again, by law the FBI is charged with investigating such matters, as Cruz's threats constitute federal crimes and it crossed state lines over the internet. This matter was firmly in the FBI's jurisdiction. However, as I have repeatedly warned on this site, the FBI is too busy illegally spying on innocent people for political and financial gain, to actually take real criminals off the streets for public safety. The FBI is too busy trying to control Apple, Google, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in order to spy on anyone anywhere in the world they feel like, to actually fight crime. Meanwhile those companies have been fighting the FBI in court and vice versa. The FBI is too busy trying to spin a Russia narrative (when Russia did not hack the presidential vote). The FBI is too busy trying to control the president, who has been refusing to submit to their will, to actually investigate dangerous people like Cruz. The FBI is too busy spying on journalists and bloggers, to actually take criminals like Cruz off the streets (New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims). The FBI are too busy spying on their significant others and love interests, to actually detain dangerous threats to human life like Cruz (NSA Admits Employees Illegally Spied On Love Interests And Significant Others Confirming Site’s Previous Claims). The FBI is to busy spying on law abiding scientists and doctors, to actually arrest real criminals issuing threats, before they strike and kill innocent people, as they failed to do in the case of Cruz (It Has Been Confirmed The U.S. Government Is Spying On Scientists And Doctors In Violation Of The Constitution). The FBI are too busy perversely spying on people in their homes to investigate tips and arrest people like Cruz before they do the unthinkable (Wikileaks Releases Hacked U.S. Federal Government Documents Showing The CIA And FBI Are Spying On People In Their Homes Via Hacking Smart TVs And Backdoors In Computer And Phone Operating System Confirming Previous Judiciary Report Site Claims) Think about that. There are only so many hours in a day. How can a law enforcement agency properly investigate crime and take criminals off the streets, when they are devoting the majority of their time to spying on scores of innocent people for political and financial gain. STORY SOURCE FBI failed to pursue January tip on Nikolas Cruz, Florida school shooting suspect Published 12:46 p.m. ET Feb. 16, 2018 | Updated 5:48 p.m. ET Feb. 16, 2018 - The FBI admitted Friday that it received a detailed tip about accused Florida school shooter Nikloas Cruz in January but failed to follow up and investigate. As recently as January, the FBI received a tip about Florida school shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz and his "desire to kill people," but the information was never forwarded for investigation, the bureau confirmed Friday. In a written statement, the FBI said a person close to Cruz contacted the agency's tip line Jan. 5 to report concerns about "Cruz’s gun ownership, desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and disturbing social media posts, as well as the potential of him conducting a school shooting." The informant was not identified in the FBI's statement. "Under established protocols, the
information provided by the caller should have been assessed
as a potential threat to life," the FBI said. "We have determined that these protocols were not followed for the information," the statement said. "The information was not provided to the Miami field office, and no further investigation was conducted at that time." Police arrested Cruz on Wednesday, shortly after the Parkland, Fla., high school massacre and he has been charged with all 17 murders. “We are still investigating the facts," FBI
Director Christopher Wray said Friday. "I am committed to
getting to the bottom of what happened in this particular
matter, as well as reviewing our processes for responding to
information that we receive from the public. It’s up to all
Americans to be vigilant, and when members of the public
contact us with concerns, we must act properly and quickly."
Wray said the bureau has spoken with victims and families
and "deeply regret the additional pain this causes all those
affected by this horrific tragedy."... F.B.I. Was Warned of Florida Suspect’s Desire to Kill but Did Not Act FEB. 16, 2018 - The F.B.I. received a tip last month from someone close to Nikolas Cruz that he owned a gun and had talked of committing a school shooting, the bureau revealed Friday, but it acknowledged that it had failed to investigate. The tipster, who called an F.B.I. hotline on Jan. 5, told the bureau that Mr. Cruz had a “desire to kill people, erratic behavior and disturbing social media posts,” the F.B.I. said. The information should have been assessed and forwarded to the Miami F.B.I. field office, the bureau said. But that never happened. On Wednesday, Mr. Cruz, 19, killed 17 students and teachers at his former high school in Parkland, Fla., law enforcement officials said...
