Sun
Pharmaceutical Industries Revenues And Stock
Struggling Again Under Site Boycott Despite Their
Agreement To Buy Fellow Pharma Company Organon
July 15. 2026

Richard Ascroft (CEO of Sun
Pharmaceutical Industries in America)
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries shares
and revenues continue to slide under the boycott I
called for due to their damaging products, such as
the deadly antibiotic Bactrim, which has killed over
300 people in America, and sickened thousands.
Bactrim, which goes under the brand name Septra in
the United Kingdom, also killed people in Britain,
and sickened thousands there as well. It was pulled
from the approved medicines list and Parliamentary
hearings were held on the dangerous pharma drug.
My mom is one of the people who was
sickened by Bactrim in America. Sun Pharmaceutical
Industries contacted me and apologized (after an
ongoing lawsuit was filed against them regarding my
mom). However, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries refuse
to make amends by reimbursing the money I've lost in
extra costs regarding taking care of my mom (over
$20,000) or pay for any of her future care. My mom
is 84. She was prescribed Bactrim on August 31, 2023
by Cano Health. I wrote about it then Cano Health
started going under (Cano Health
Closes Locations After Filing For Bankruptcy).
I'd never seen my mom get so sick
and so fast until Bactrim. It was very alarming and
traumatic. I've seen firsthand how damaging Bactrim
is and how rapidly it causes extensive damage, and
advise you not to use it. If you need an antibiotic,
ask your doctor not to give you Bactrim, but another
one instead. Amoxicillin, Augmentin, and Cefepime
are effective antibiotics. I've not been paid or
compensated to state that; it's just what I've
observed regarding others who were prescribed those
antibiotics and recovered.
There is something in Bactrim's
formula that attacks the lungs in a number of
people, especially children (Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Antibiotic Drug Bactrim Gave Young Girl
Lung Failure That Left Her Fighting For Her Life And Others Who Took
It Needing Lung Transplants).
A number of previously healthy
people, including children, who died due to Bactrim
suffered horrendous lung damage. Sun Pharmaceutical
Industries needs to change the formula and clean up
their factories. When I broached the subject in an
email, they didn't take it too well. In future
hearings they are going to wish they had taken my
advice and fixed Bactrim's formula.
However, one thing I've alarmingly
learned regarding Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is
they put profits ahead of people. They are okay with
Bactrim killing off hundreds and sickening many
thousands, as long as it makes them money. That's a
horrible business model and it is going to catch up
with them. Currently, they lost a class action
lawsuit and have been forced to pay $200 million for
overcharging consumers for generic drugs. The mere
fact generic drugs are meant to be cheaper
alternatives and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
overcharged for them anyway, speaks volumes about
their lack of ethics.

Dilip Shanghvi (founder and
Managing Director of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
in India)
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, based
in India, has a long history of factory violations
that caused nations such as America and China to
cite the company and issue suspensions and recalls
of several of their products (Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Factory Suspended By The Chinese
Government After Failing Several U.S. Government Safety Inspections
Confirming Previous Site Claims Their Drugs Are Dangerous And Deadly).
It's alarming that they keep failing
factory inspections in multiple nations. This is not
something that is unfixable. There are many business
methods and processes to ensure clean factories,
safe products and the highest working order. It It
is clear, this particular company, Sun
Pharmaceutical Industries, does not want to pay to
maintain a proper standard. That makes them a danger
to sick people everywhere who end up being
prescribed their products.
Case in point, Sun Pharmaceutical
Industries most recent recall is for glass particles
in their cancer drug (Another

Due To Being Dangerous And Contaminated).
That is horrendously dangerous. The glass particles
could cause bloodclots that kill the patient. What
kind of negligent madness is that.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is
attempting to buy U.S. based Organon (which was
originally founded in the Netherlands) due to Sun
Pharma's falling revenues. There is an agreement in
place. Both companies have U.S. headquarters in New
Jersey. However, I'm of the belief that due to their
murky history Sun Pharmaceutical Industries will
just drag Organon down with them. They are both in
danger of financial collapse.
