This is a follow up to the article
October 14, 2023 article "The
FBI Has Been Criminally Going Into Hospitals And
Medical Clinics In America Damaging And Killing
Patients For Political And Financial Gain (Videos,
Medical Documents, Photos)" where
I mentioned Cano Health in regard to the poor
medical treatment my mom received that nearly cost
my mother her life. 6-months later Cano Health filed
for bankruptcy with $1 billion in losses. A year
after my aforementioned October 14, 2023 article the
medical office my mom went to that nearly cost my
mother her life, located in Miami Shores, which was
located at 9700 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, FL
33138, closed down under the bankruptcy.
For well over a year we have been
trying to get my mom's medical records from Cano
Health but they've refused to release them and in
violation of U.S. law. A letter was sent with
confirmation via U.S. mail and Cano Health refused
to release my mom's medical record in violation of
HIPAA. A month ago I went into one of the few
remaining Cano Health medical offices in Miami,
filled out the paperwork using a power of attorney,
and still Cano Health is violating HIPAA in refusing
to release my mom's medical records. They keep
saying they will release the records, but never do.
This is because they know they broke the law at my
mom's expense. I have copies of items from my mom's
records that show Cano Health broke the law. They
are hiding these files in vain and it won't help
them in the long run in terms of legal or
legislative accountability.
Like every other normal human being
all I ask is that people follow the law concerning
me and my family. I'm not asking for special favors
or breaks. Just don't mistreat us or help dubious
people harm us. That is all. The FBI has so
corrupted the U.S. medical system a person can't
even get treatment in peace and trust what is being
done is in their best interest according to the
Hippocratic oath ("first do no harm"). It sends a
terrible message to the world.

In a 'spectacular collapse,' Cano Health files
for bankruptcy

today announced its intentions for file for
bankruptcy in an effort to stay afloat after
incurring nearly $1 billion in debt. The company
said it has entered into a restructuring support
agreement with its lenders, where they will hold
about 86% of its revolving and long-term loan debt
as well as 92% of its senior unsecured notes,
according to a press release...
Cano said in its press release that
it wants the bankruptcy court to allow it to file a
series of “first day” motions to keep the business
running. These include: Paying wages to doctors,
nurses and other employees Fulfilling obligations to
its affiliate physician groups Making sure patients
continue to get quality value-based healthcare
Paying existing pre-petition claims of vendors
critical to maintaining the health and safety of
Cano patients Gottlieb said Cano Health had little
choice by to file for bankruptcy. “They ran out of
cash and incurred a lot of debt,” Gottlieb said.
“And hopefully they can restructure their
business.”...
