Sexual Predator And Domestic Violence Abuser R Kelly To Come

R&B singer R Kelly is under criminal
investigation in the U.S. states of Georgia and Illinois.
Authorities are asking victims of the singer, who is a violent
pedophile, to come forward. For the past 25-years, R Kelly has
been raping underage girls in the entertainment industry, most
notably the late singer, Aaliyah, whom he met when she was
12-years-old (Why Is

This week the “Surviving
R Kelly” documentary
series aired and the public is aghast at what they saw regarding
the singer's sick behavior. The documentary gathered some of
Kelly’s victims to tell their stories. It is working in the same
manner the expose on actor Bill Cosby did, in concentrating all
the allegations into one, so the public can see there is a clear
pattern of criminal abuse. Cosby’s first trial did not result in
a conviction. Neither did R Kelly’s 2008 trial. However,
prosecutors were able to retry and convict Cosby in 2018.

Kelly has been committing sex crimes in
California, Illinois, Florida and Georgia (among other states).
In the documentary "Surviving R Kelly" the father of missing
girl, Azriel Clary, stated he found text messages between R
Kelly and his daughter that reveal he took her virginity in the
state of Florida when she was 17-years-old.
In Florida the age of consent is 18. Therefore,
it is a crime to have sex with a 17-year-old, whether it was
consensual or not. There is a Romeo and Juliet provision in the
law, which is a loophole that states a 17-year-old having sex
with someone close in age, up to 23, is not a prosecutable
offense. However, R Kelly is 51-years-old. He does not qualify
for the exemption. Therefore, Kelly committed statutory rape in
having sex with Clary in the state of Florida.
The local government in Florida needs to look
into the matter. There appears to be enough to make a case.
Kelly has also been sued in another matter for giving a teenage
girl herpes, which means he exposed Clary to it as well. It is a
crime to transmit a sexually transmitted disease in the state of
Florida (and Georgia, among other places). This would magnify
the criminal charges.

There are also allegations of Kelly beating
women, as seen in the documentary. This means there are enough
offenses in several states to try and put Kelly away for a long
time. Prosecutors can get Kelly on multiple counts of statutory
rape, assault, battery, terroristic/death threats, kidnapping,
transmitting a sexual transmitted disease and transporting a
minor across state lines for illegal/immoral purposes.
They can also get him on conspiracy charges,
because as shown in the documentary, others helped Kelly by
arranging meetings, flights and hotel rooms, bringing the
underage girls to him at various times for sex. If the
government tried hard enough, especially with the new
information, they could put R Kelly away for life and spare
other girls the nightmare of abuse he has unleashed on dozens of
unsuspecting females.

Investigators Looking Into Accusations From R. Kelly

Atlanta are seeking information from any potential victims or
witnesses after the airing of an investigative documentary about
R. Kelly that detailed allegations of more than two decades of
sexual and physical abuse by the R&B singer. “Please come
forward,” said Kimberly M. Foxx, the state’s attorney for Cook
County, Ill., at a news conference in Chicago on Tuesday.
“There’s nothing that can be done to investigate these
allegations without the cooperation of both victims and
witnesses. We cannot seek justice without you.”
The district attorney’s office in Fulton County,
Ga., began conducting interviews after the broadcast of
“Surviving R. Kelly,” a six-part series that aired on Lifetime
last week, according to the lawyer for a couple who say the
singer is holding their daughter against her will. Gerald A.
Griggs, a lawyer for the couple, Timothy and Jonjelyn Savage,
said that he was contacted by senior investigators from the
district attorney’s office on Monday...

R. Kelly Is Now Under Criminal Investigation In Georgia
Fulton County's district attorney is exploring alleged
R. Kelly crimes including false imprisonment.
17 hours ago - A Georgia district attorney is
reportedly investigating musician R. Kelly in the wake of the
airing of Surviving R. Kelly, a documentary examining Kelly’s
alleged crimes against women and children. The Blast reports
Fulton County, Georgia’s district attorney is reportedly
gathering information about allegations of sexual misconduct
occurring at Kelly’s Georgia mansion. So far, it is known
officials have spoken with Asante McGee, one of Kelly’s
accusers.
Law enforcement has yet to announce any charges,
but the district attorney is believed to be looking into the
false imprisonment charge. As Blavity has reported, some women
claim Kelly kept them prisoner in a sex cult; however, other
women, like Joycelyn Savage, claim they lived with R. Kelly
