Boris Johnson

In the December 28, 2018 article "Theresa May And David Cameron Could Lose The Empire" article I warned "pestilence" was coming, much like I did on Twitter.com beginning in October 2018 (Theresa May And Boris Johnson Under-Funding Of The NHS Left The Health Service Ill-Prepared To Counter The Effects Of The Coronavirus (As Previously Predicted On The Site)."

In the March 18, 2020 article "Boris Johnson Slammed By The World Health Organization For Defying Global Health Guidelines On The Coronavirus" I stated, "the Boris Johnson led Tory government in Britain has endangered the British population with a 'herd immunity' plan, in response to the deadly coronavirus (Covid-19). Rather than self-isolate as the rest of the world has been doing, Johnson and his government decided to choose 'herd immunity' as the plan of action for Britain, imperiling the lives of 65,000,000 people. As such, they've lost valuable time."

2-weeks later it has been announced (today) that Britain's prime minister, Boris Johnson, has contracted the coronavirus (Covid-19). Johnson's office has announced he is in isolation in a small flat (apartment) at the Prime Minister's official residence of 10 Downing Street in London.

However, it should be noted, the official global guideline for self-isolation in relation to coronavirus is 2-weeks. Some nations, such as China, India and Italy have gone even further, ordering national shutdowns for 1-month. Coming out of self-isolation/quarantine too early will make efforts null and void if carriers are still spreading the virus.

In another irony, Johnson's health minister, Matt Hancock, has also contracted corornavirus. The British government needs to take a hard line regarding self-isolation/quarantining for the necessary period of time for the virus to pass.
