Television host Piers Morgan is no fan of Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, who is married to Prince Harry, also known as the Duke of Sussex. Piers tried to date Meghan when she was a Hollywood actress on the television show "Suits."

However, Meghan turned Piers down in favor of going on a date with Prince Harry, whom she later married in a widely televised ceremony. Piers refuses to let us forget this fact and has repeatedly lashed out at Meghan on television and in print.

Now that things have gone sour between the Sussexs and the royal family, Piers is publicly slamming Meghan for, in his estimation, upsetting and disrespecting the Queen, Prince Harry's grandmother. Piers is also slamming Meghan for what he deems a plot to gain a royal title through marriage, then quickly return to Hollywood as an actress with those connections and make a fortune.

The couple have gone to lovely Vancouver, in a country, Canada, that Meghan lived for nearly a decade while filming "Suits." They are also searching for a Los Angeles mansion. Prince Harry was also seen asking Disney CEO, Bob Iger, to find Meghan work in Hollywood films. Nosy paparazzi spied on their private conversation, amplified it, then disclosed it to the public.

Piers and others in the press are slamming Meghan, labeling her a social climber, who did not want to live in London, in favor of going back to Hollywood to return to her passion of acting. The press are accusing Meghan of taking their prince away from where he belongs. Piers has accused Meghan of using the royal family's name in a bid to become a superstar in Hollywood blockbuster films.

Piers stated of Meghan, "I know we're supposed to be thinking, 'Is poor Meghan okay?' she looks fine to me. She's spent the last three days like a Cheshire cat. She's got everything she really wanted. She's back in Hollywood. What about the Queen? My sole thought is, is the Queen okay? I think she's had a horrible year and it's been helped in my view by this quite selfish conduct." Meghan has not responded to Piers' comments.
