Mentally deranged 24-year old, Emmanuel Deshawn
Aranda, threw a 5-year-old boy, Landen, over a balcony at the
Mall Of The Americas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The child fell
40 feet onto the hard tiled floors. He is currently hospitalized
in critical condition and is facing several surgeries. People
have been praying, donating money to a Go Fund Me page for the
child and have left him toys at the mall in an outpouring of
love.
Landen
Aranda has a criminal record for engaging in
violent acts at the mall. He has a history of attacking
employees at the Mall of the Americas. In fact, he was banned from the
premises, but kept returning and getting rearrested for various
offenses, as the law prohibits police from holding such
offenders for more than a few days. This website has consistently maintained that people
with severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia and stalker
type behavior (obsessive stalkers, Erotomania stalkers), should be involuntarily committed to insane
asylums, for the public's protection.

In the 50s, 60s and 70s, the U.S. government
institutionalized criminally insane people more than in current
times and said approach was more effective. We are seeing the
end result of the change in national psychiatric policy,
regarding severely mentally ill people roaming free and causing
grievous bodily injury to others and in some cases death (The FBI Ignored Second Credible Tip That Florida School Shooter

battle" as donations pour in

5-year-old boy thrown from a Mall of America balcony in an
apparent random attack says he is "continuing to fight his
courageous battle." Police say the boy, named Landen, fell
nearly 40 feet Friday after a man threw him off a third-floor
balcony in at the mall, which is located in Bloomington,
Minnesota, about 10 miles south of Minneapolis.
The Woodbury boy was in critical condition
Monday morning as donations and prayers for his recovery poured
in from around the country. More than $580,000 had been raised
via a GoFundMe crowdfunding campaign to cover the boy's
"immense" medical and rehabilitation costs as of Monday morning.
A family friend thanked people for their donations in a post
