Santa Fe High School Shooter Was A Stalker Who Killed 10
People Because Female Classmate Rejected His Advances For
4-Months
May 23. 2018
Dimitrios Pagourtzis
17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis developed an obsession with pretty 16-year-old classmate, Shana Fisher, who repeatedly rejected his advances. Rather
than accept it like a normal, well-adjusted human being and leave her alone, he persisted.
Then he
decided if he couldn't have her, no one else will. Pagourtzis
shot and killed Fisher and nine other people at Santa Fe
High School in Texas this week. Eight of the victims were students,
two are teachers.
Fisher's mother Sadie Rodriguez stated to
the Los Angeles Times that her daughter "had four months of
problems" with Pagourtzis. Rodriguez further stated, "He kept
making advances on her and she repeatedly told him no."
Then
one day she got tired of his sexual harassment and bullying.
She responded by embarrassing him back in class, in an effort to make his misconduct
stop. Fisher had dated on of Pagourtzis' fellow football
players at the school. She did not feel comfortable dating
her ex-boyfriend's friend. It is clear Pagourtzis was after
Fisher the whole time.
Rodriguez revealed Pagourtzis became aggressive towards Fisher
for rejecting him. These were red flags indicating a
stalker, particularly the aggressiveness. Once the stalker
becomes aggressive, violence is usually on the horizon and
sometimes death. Stalkers
are mentally deranged people. You can't reason with them.
You can only avoid, ignore and shut them out of your life
for your health, safety and well being.
Most people can take rejection. It might
make them sad for a time, but they move on. However,
stalkers become fixated on and obsessed with others, who have
no interest in them. They invent a relationship in their
head that does not exist in reality. They become possessive of people
who do not want them. In their minds they are dating people
who either do not know them or want nothing to do with them
romantically.
You tell a stalker that you do not want to
date or marry them
and in their mentally ill mind they are hearing the exact opposite.
It is a serious mental disorder. They convince themselves of
things that are not true. They read between the lines and come up with things so far
from the truth and reality it is astonishing.
For example, you
compliment someone else and in the stalker's mind, the
compliment was actually about them (the stalker). Stalkers
have been known to hear or read an item regarding their
target complimenting someone else and willfully delude
themselves into think it is about them.
The victim says they like someone else and in the stalker's
deluded mind, the target just stated they like the stalker.
Some stalkers have been known to become angry and violent
towards the object of affection and the person their victim
is married to or dating.
Stalkers also act in a delusional
manner, crazily claiming the victim does not love the person
they are dating or married to, but are in love with the
stalker. Stalkers' minds are a complete mess. They need
psychiatric intervention and medication.
Shana Fisher
Stalkers rationalize the
irrational and cause innocent victims harm in the process.
Stalkers go through different stages of mentally ill
behavior that ranges from pestering the target to outright
rage and violence when their advances are not accepted.
Sadly, sometimes it ends in death. This is why law
enforcement is needed to restrain and arrest stalkers.
Stalkers live under a massive delusion. They
take out their frustration and rejection on innocent people,
because they are maladapted, social awkward, crazy,
dangerous people. Most stalkers belong in a mental institution.
To hear no that many times and persist with pestering,
harassing, terrorizing and violating the rights of others,
is an indication they are psychopathic and a danger to the
public. Stalkers develop the mindset and behave as though they own the person
they are stalking and have a right to harm or kill them,
when they do not under any circumstances.
In the real world there is no such thing as
a one sided relationship. It takes two willing people to
mutually be in a relationship. If you are in a relationship
by yourself, guess what, there is no relationship. Learn to
leave people alone when they tell you no. You cannot force your feelings, will and
or agenda on others.
That is illegal, as it is a violation
of their right to privacy, dignity and liberty. You don't
get an exception to that law or rule of society. No one is permitted to
harass, stalk, emotional abuse, physically harm and or engage in an
extrajudicial killing. It is a serious series of crimes. It's
always the worst of society who believe they are above the
law and permitted to harm others.
It is now being reported by USA Today,
despite the fact Texas is a death penalty state and a
17-year-old is considered an adult in the courts regarding
murder cases, Pagourtzis cannot face the death penalty, due
to a newer 2005 Supreme Court ruling. This means if
convicted of the current crimes, he is eligible for parole in 40-years.
Some parents are not doing enough to monitor
their children online. There is nothing wrong with searching
your child's room if you have suspicions there is a problem. It might save lives. There is nothing
wrong with checking their online activities. Any normal
parent would be alarmed by what Pagourtzis posted on social
networking, as it was violent, satanic imagery. When you
live in hate, it will manifest itself in negative ways.
There's nothing wrong with regulating what your children
watch on TV and the internet. Some of the programming
available is creating mental illness in people. Hollywood has made no attempt to clean up
its act. The songs, shows and movies are getting more
depraved as each year passes. Hollywood is promoting drug
use, violence, misogyny and hate through music, television
and film.
However, social networking websites have been
making a move to clean up user content, in booting people
off their sites, who post violent and or abusive items. This
effort
has been removing an outlet in which stalkers and criminals
have been able to attack and abuse others. There has been
noticeable improvements on social networking, due to these
changes.
Previously, I would see horrendous comments
directed and girls and women, threatening violence and
abuse, for not accepting the lustful comments of males
posting messages to them. People were disgracefully and
wrongly told things like "kill yourself" or "I will kill
you."
Some women were not much better,
threatening men and their family members online for dating
someone else. However, social networking is doing a positive
job of cleaning up such toxic, harmful content. No one
deserves to be threatened, abused or harassed.
