Chris Stokes Tried To Bribe Me To Remove Articles About Boyband B2K Being Sexually Molested As Underage Boys

My longtime readers know I am not a fan of music producer and movie director Chris Stokes. For several years Chris Stokes has been harassing me for writing about the scandal regarding allegations he sexually molested the boyband B2K when they were underage minors. I did not break that story. Raz B of B2K did and it was picked up by Vibe magazine, who broke a number of very credible stories. A host of well read blogs also picked up the story.

Stokes also harassed the Straight From The A blog (Chris Stokes And Marques Houston Are Harassing Me - Part II). However, it appears Stokes zeroed in on me the most. It's been years and the emails have not stopped. First, Stokes had his attorney send me threatening emails for writing about the scandal and demanded the articles be taken down. I refused. In the words of NeNe from the reality show the Real Housewives of Atlanta, "I said what I said!"

A few of the articles I wrote are "Chris Stokes Was Accused Of Molesting Another Boy Prior To B2K And Quindon Tarver"  and "Singers Raz-B And Quindon Tarver Talk About Being Raped As Teens By Marques Houston And Chris Stokes" and "Raz-B: Lil Bow Wow And Lil Fizz Were Lovers." I wrote roughly ten articles in total following the scandal.

If something changes via current events, I will write a note at the top of the article, along with the day's date, to reflect the new circumstances, if it merits it. Sometimes I will do a follow up to reflect the changes based on current events, as I am not an unreasonable person. For example, I did a follow up in a matter regarding the R&B band Next, famous for the song "Too Close" after their attorney contacted me and politely informed me that he resolved the situation via settlement between the Next singer and his former girlfriend (Member Of The Group Next Obtains Dismissal Of Lawsuit Via Settlement Regarding Claim He Broke Into His Ex-Girlfriend's House). The attorney asked that the settlement be reflected on the site and I obliged via a follow up.

However, the Next case is nowhere near as serious as what Stokes is accused of doing. I responded to Stokes' attorney informing him (of what I am sure he already knew if he went to law school) that I am well within my legal right to write about the story, as it is in the public domain and courts in America have ruled against parties suing journalists and bloggers regarding secondhand reporting of someone else's exclusive.

I also informed Stokes' attorney that they are free to sue me, as I would tell the judge why I wrote what I did and also bring up other things he's done (Stokes). Threats don't work with me. That's like throwing gasoline on the fire. I go into pitbull mode when people do that. I don't care who you are, don't ever approach me with a threat. I don't get scared. I get angry.

Then, Stokes called the lawyer off. However, the emails kept coming, which I dislike, cause the whole scandal is an upsetting one, as it has to do with children having been harmed. Next, Stokes had a publicist contact me a few times and they tried to bribe me with money to take the articles down. I refused the money and refused to take down the articles. I don't do that sort of thing. If I write something, I mean it. I am entitled to my opinion. I don't accept money or inducements to take down articles.

In closing, one of the emails I received from Stokes' publicist alarmed me. They know I'm a Christian, so they tried to use religion on me. The line in the email that troubled me is where the publicist stated, "However the God we serve is a forgiving God as nobody is perfect." Now, why would Stokes need to ask God for forgiveness in this matter if he didn't do anything wrong to B2K. The statement looks very incriminating and confirmed my suspicions. Offering me money to "coerce" me to remove an article, doesn't look decent either. I don't like things like that.

The others in B2K don't want to speak up about the matter, as molestation is serious and terrible, but Raz B did take a stance. I'm not going to insult any of them for that. Not to mention, the Hollywood pedophile rings will end their careers and possibly do worse if they speak out. At one point, Raz B was threatened and was in fear for his life.

Congress needs to clean up Hollywood. The stuff going on in the industry is sick. You've got pedophiles running loose in the industry destroying young lives everyday. It's not right.
