Kevin Spacey Sexual assault and rape cases against Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey are being investigated in America and Britain, due to the seriousness of the claims against him. The actor has been accused of sexually assaulting underage boys as well as men, in individual incidents that occurred in both nations. Spacey has not denied the allegations that have been publicly made against him. Instead he infuriated social networking by choosing to come out gay when the child molestation and sexual assault allegations went public, using his homosexuality as an excuse for his criminal misconduct. Many online correctly stated that homosexuality is not an excuse to commit sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape. All crimes must be treated equally by the courts. No one is above the law. The fact of the matter is Spacey forcefully grabbed the genitals of boys and men and sexually forced himself on them in illegal acts. These are clear cut acts that damaged innocent people, for which he should be criminally prosecuted and incarcerated. Spacey's disgraceful conduct is having an impact on his career. Not only was Spacey fired from the Netflix show "House of Cards" his new film "Billionaire Boys Club" a remake of the 1980s hit, has flopped at the box office, bringing in a paltry $618. That's really bad especially considering the success of the original.
