British Parliament Hands Prime Minister
Theresa May Another Massive Brexit Defeat
February 14. 2019
Theresa May
Prime Minister Theresa May continues to reduce
Britain to financial ashes, via her dangerous economic and
Brexit policies that are failing. Yesterday, the British
Parliament handed May another massive defeat, in voting for
another meaningful vote on her horrendous Brexit plan, rather
than accepting it. Brexit is Britain’s exit from the European
Union in an ill-advised move, undertaken by former British Prime
Minister, David Cameron, and it is ruining the country.
May and other high profile Brexiteers are
exhibiting a dangerous and wanton disregard for reality. They
are woefully presenting a false spin on dire economic data that
has been pouring out of Britain, in trying to convince the
country to get behind their detrimental course of action.
Reality has been completely suspended by them and it is
alarming. Chunks of the British economy are about to be
plundered and sold for far less than its worth, in acts that
will deteriorate the nation’s wealth and social standing in the
world.
Everything was fine up until 2016. The British
economy was booming, tourism flourishing and the streets were
safe. Then, in 2016 May won the internal party vote and became
Prime Minister. This was precipitated by David Cameron fleeing
the job, after he ill-advisedly pulled Brexit out of his butt,
in deciding to table it for a national vote, in what has
triggered the decline of the British economy.
A record number of high street stores in Britain
have closed over the past year. That’s not a good sign regarding
the state of the economy and actions need to be taken to reverse
this downward trend. Britons and foreigners who seek to invest
in Britain or open businesses there, are interpreting these
closures as a sign consumer spending is significantly down (and
it is).
And why is consumer spending down, you ask?
Because of Theresa May’s dangerous breed of austerity and Brexit
costing Britain jobs. I am a proponent of austerity, but
regarding world governments making sacrifices such as cutting
down employee expense accounts, finding economical supplies and
methods of management for government offices, and not giving
themselves raises not necessitated by a change in the national
cost of living.
I also believe benefits to the poor should be
done in an economic manner, regarding not placing them in the
center of London in mansions next to doctors, lawyers and
judges, because they have four or more children and need the
space. It’s best to place them in the home counties, where you
can get properties with more bedrooms for 80% less than London
in financial costs.
I keep stating this and it is a message that
still needs to be heard by some - not everyone can afford to
live in London. Accept that. The government can’t afford it (in
housing benefits) and neither can you. However, the government
can afford to issue housing benefits elsewhere, such as the home
counties. London is great, but the home counties are great too.
May has gone overboard making budget cuts, while
giving politicians and the royal family, who don’t need the
money, juicy raises. This has offended the British public, who
are facing the brunt of the budget cuts. As a consequence of
these extreme budget cuts, there are now 14,000,000 Britons
living in poverty and 225,000 homeless people in Britain.
The figures are dumbfounding and sad. To put it
in perspective, Britain is a first world nation of 60,000,000
people. There should not be that many people living in poverty
and homelessness. These rates should not be that high and had
not been so in modern times until Theresa May enacted her
damaging financial policies. She is the source of this problem.
May’s troubling behavior is the equivalent of a
critical surgery being performed in a hospital operating theatre
and the chief surgeon being told that the patient is losing too
much blood and there is not enough transfusable blood available
to keep the person alive. In response to the dire warning, the
surgeon making the life or death surgical cuts responds to
colleagues that she must keep cutting and the patient will just
have to make due with far less blood in their system (see:
death).
This is what Theresa May looks like making these
drastic budget cuts, while ignoring public outcry, data and
formal warnings from business, health and social care
professionals, who are stating her conduct is killing people via
extreme austerity. Experts estimate Tory austerity under May has
killed 100,000 people in Briton.
Under May’s watch there have been drastic budget
cuts to the benefits system, some of which clearly entailed
changing the guidelines and definition of disability in Britain,
to make it increasingly difficult for the sick and needy to
obtain government assistance.
There has also been an increase in heating
costs. You need proper heating in a climatically cold country
like Britain and in paying these rising costs, one has less
disposable income. Once food costs rise if Brexit goes through
in a few weeks, it will be another difficult financial hardship
on the British people.
There are ongoing job losses due to Brexit,
regarding companies leaving Britain to be in compliance with EU
rules. European Union citizens have also been leaving Britain
over the uncertainty and xenophobia attached to Brexit, spurred
on by May and white nationalist politicians such as Nigel Farage
and Boris Johnson. These events have caused the British economy
to go into a state of decline.
So to recap, Brits have less disposable income
and there is a decrease in the number of consumers due to many
EU citizens leaving Britain because of Brexit. So naturally,
this would negatively impact the economy, which was a well-oiled
machine, up until 2016 (see: the arrival of Brexit and Theresa
May).
The crime rate was also low, until May fired
thousands of police officers under her extreme austerity plans.
Firing thousand of police officers was foolish and Britons have
paid for May’s costly mistake with their health and lives
(murder victims). She refuses to rectify what she has done
regarding the police budget.
Financial and job losses are not what the
British people voted for in the Brexit referendum and the
general election. They were sold a lie by men such as Farage and
Johnson, who told the public the EU is taking advantage of them,
via the £19 billion per month Britons pay in membership dues.
What Farage and Johnson, among other high
profile figures who pushed Brexit, deliberately neglected to
tell the British public is the EU has invested trillions of
pounds sterling in the British economy and hired hundreds of
thousands of people in Britain.
The EU is a cooperative and member states such
as Britain get out of it more than they put in. The concept
behind the EU is member states supporting each other and
improving their respective nations’ way of life via peaceful
laws, military protection, economic trade benefits, healthier
food standards, clean air and other forms of pollution
elimination and reduction. It’s a smart concept.
Farage and Johnson had no business undertaking
this horrendous smear campaign of lies against the EU, as it is
tantamount to defamation and has greatly damaged the British
economy. The smear campaign has also stoked the rage of
dangerous far right extremists, who are resorting to violent
protests and death threats against politicians, journalists and
members of the public.
What Farage and Johnson, among other high
profile figures who pushed Brexit, also deliberately neglected
to tell the British public is the EU has a number of highly
educated people working alongside highly educated Britons in
healthcare, science, the auto industry and food service, helping
to make Britain a success. A number of these EU citizens have
left Britain because of Brexit.
Take for example data released in 2018 stating
over 10,000 doctors, nurses and medical technicians have left
Britain and returned to the EU, because of the uncertainty and
xenophobia of Brexit. They didn’t blame the NHS (National Health
Service). Those who spoke out openly blamed the Prime Minister
and her fellow politicians pushing her self-professed “hostile
environment” and the games being played regarding what her
government will do regarding Brexit.
People can’t have their lives up in the air,
while a group of politicians play games. This misconduct by May
and her politicians, has made Britain a less desirable option
for highly educated foreign professionals, who do not want to
risk moving to Britain to work, only for the Prime Minister to
fraudulently deport them as she has done to many people, to hit
her unbalanced, unscientific immigration reduction quotas.
These people are doctors, nurses, scientists,
professors, IT experts, tech company executives and investors
from all over the world, whose knowledge, expertise and money
would make a positive contribution to Britain. People love and
enjoy Britain, but don’t want to risk their futures in such an
unstable, uncertain political environment. I’m telling you the
truth.
They don’t want to spend money on visas, plane
tickets, leasing a property, paying utilities connection fees,
obtaining transportation and insurance, then settling in to a
new job or business they‘ve set up, only for May to send them a
fraudulent deportation letter. And make no mistake, May has sent
out deportation letters through the Home Office that they later
had to apologize for, as they were fraudulent.
We’re not talking about one or two incidents.
We’re talking about tens of thousands of times to foreign
students, professors and workers from many areas of commerce.
That’s not a clerical error. That’s deliberate. She has even
sent deportation letters to people born and raised in Britain
but to foreign parents. She is doing it deliberately to kick out
anyone she can, to create her xenophobic version of a Utopian
Britain free of foreigners and it‘s coming back to haunt the
country, as there is a massive vacuum forming in job posts that
need specialists.
People never had fears of immigrating to Britain
to work or invest before, as the British government dealt
straight with people and kept their word. However, people have
serious reservations about it now thanks to Theresa May and her
crazy “hostile environment.” May and her unethical policies have
scared off highly intelligent, capable people that Britain needs
in medicine, science, the tech sector, teaching and the food
industry.
I state her “hostile environment” is “crazy”
because she had vans going around Britain, fitted with loud
bullhorns and offensive signs telling people to “go home” to
their native countries if they are illegally in the country or
approaching the time that would mean overstaying their visa. It
was so crass and classless. It offended Britons and foreigners
alike. It was an unnecessarily aggressive, hateful intimidation
tactic by an unhinged government official.
She has got to be the most course, uncouth,
tactless government official in British history. Did she not
stop to think tourists and lawful residents would see the van
signs and hear the loud xenophobic messages emanating from the
bullhorns and interpret it in a bad way. There’s just no good
way of processing something of that nature.
Theresa May has a complex. She went to Oxford
among the very rich, when she is not, and rather than it
creating compassion within her for the poor, it bred a
resentment and inferiority complex that causes her to lash out
against other commoners. Try as you may dear, pardon the pun,
putting on the poshest accent you can muster up, will never make
you a part of the British aristocracy, as you do not have the
lineage they require.
The British aristocracy only truly accepts white
Britons, who can trace their ancestry to royalty and families'
wealth for hundreds of years (preferably landowners who have
owned huge swathes of land for generations). You cannot do that.
Accept that and stop abusing poor people in Britain, who need
the government's help, as it does not make you above them nor
does it distinguish you from the working class.
Frankly, your father the late vicar, if he had
lived, would be ashamed of what you’ve done to the poor and
disabled in Britain. No man of the cloth would be proud of his
offspring doing such a terrible thing to the poor, disabled and
disadvantaged. Christianity is about bringing life, not death.
It is about healing, not engaging in conduct that deteriorates
the public’s health (underfunding the NHS).
This was never what Britain has been about or
has been known for in the world. People around the world have
admired the British healthcare system and safety nets in place
via benefits and social programs to help the poor and disabled.
You’ve changed all that for the worse and harmed many innocent
poor people in the process.
Once again,
I've been correct in many things I have stated regarding
Britain and would not try to steer people wrong:
