Iyanna Mayweather

This has been a rough few weeks for former world champion boxer Floyd Mayweather, aged 43. First the mother of three of his four children died at age 40 (The Mother Of 3 Of Boxer Floyd Mayweather's Children Found Dead). Then, 2-weeks later his uncle, former world champion boxer, Roger Mayweather, passed away. The two were very close. Roger trained Floyd throughout his career.

Now news reports indicate Floyd's daughter, Iyanna 'YaYa' Mayweather, aged 19, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. While I don't agree with things Floyd has stated about athletes Muhammad Ali and Usain Bolt, I am sorry for his daughter.

Iyanna has been dating 20-year-old rapper NBAyoungboy, real name Kentrell DeSean Gaulden. Previously, I wrote about NBAyoungboy on the site, regarding a shooting incident that occurred at the Trump resort on Miami Beach (Hollywood Brings Violence To Miami Via Shootings Regarding The Rolling Loud Music Festival Events). NBAyoungboy's dispute with other gang related criminals and rappers resulted in innocent bystanders suffering serious bodily injury and death.

Iyanna, who lives in Las Vegas, flew to NBAyoung boy's home in Texas. Upon entering the property, Iyanna saw NBAyoungboy with another woman, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, aged 25. Jacobs is one of the mothers of NBAyoung boy's children. Iyanna became upset and told Lapattra she is NBAyoungboy's fiancée and to leave the property. NBAyoungboy told Iyanna to leave the property instead. Iyanna then was removed from the house.

Once outside, Iyanna stated Lapattra grabbed her hair and began pulling her around by it. Lapattra then ran into the kitchen of NBAyoungboy's home with an angry Iyanna chasing her over assaulting her outside the house (via the hair grabbing and pulling). Iyanna began arguing with Lapattra in the kitchen.

Reports state Iyanna grabbed two kitchen knives as the argument intensified. Lapattra moved towards Iyanna, who then stabbed her once, but stated she did not feel the injury. Reports state Iyanna charged at Lapattra and stabbed her a second time. Lapattra fell to the floor, where paramedics found her, bleeding profusely. She was transported to the hospital and underwent surgery for non-life threatening injuries. NBAyoungboy was temporarily cuffed at his home by police, then released.

Iyanna is being held at the Harris County jail in Houston, Texas on serious assault charges. Texas is a "Stand your Ground" U.S. state. Thereofre, Iyanna's attorneys could argue that Lapattra attacked her first, making her fear for her safety and feeling the need to protect herself.

However, the prosecution could argue that Iyanna ran after Lapattra, who attacked her then fled to the kitchen. They could argue was she really in danger anymore once the assailant fled for the kitchen. Then again, a defense attorney could counter Lapattra was running to the kitchen for a knife as well.

Lapattra provoked Iyanna to rage by grabbing her hair and pulling her around by it. Ironically, Lapattra may sue Iyanna in court over the incident, even though she is the one that started it. At the end of the day, NBAyoungboy is not worth this. No man is worth this.

Iyanna should not have been dating him in the first place. He keeps getting women pregnant and is spreading herpes around. He even knocked up his ex-girlfriend while he and Iyanna were supposed to be dating. In fact, NBAyoungboy has knocked up several women. Not to mention, he is constantly getting into violent confrontations, some of which involved guns.

Iyanna's dad Floyd has a net worth of $500,000,000. She could attend just about any university she wants. She could start her own business. There are so many things she could do. Dating a violent, misogynistic, promiscuous rapper should not be one of them.

NBAyoungboy served time for armed robbery and in a separate case attempted murder. He was also arrested for beating up his ex-girlfriend Jania. The incident, which occurred at a hotel, was caught on CCTV security cameras.

Iyanna clearly fell in love with NBAyoungboy. However, when you are a teenager, it's difficult to tell the type of person you are dealing with and whether the individual is right for you. Let me help you with that. A man who loves you is not going to have another woman at his home in a romantic situation, nor will he kick you out in front of her.

He will not sit there and allow another woman to disrespect or attack you (without peacefully breaking up the fight and telling her to leave). He's not going to flaunt other women in your face in person or on social networking (previously, NBAyoungboy took digs at Iyanna on social networking, while flaunting other women on his page).

He is not going to be spotted in public with other women in delicate situations, not even caring how you will interpret it. He is constantly taking photos with other women all over him and vice versa. He's even posted these photos online which is an insult to Iyanna.

You need to walk away from him. Due to the situation he put you in, where you reacted poorly, you now have a criminal record, were put behind bars, had to make bail and now have to face criminal proceedings in court. He is not worth this. That's why I always advise people to walk away from confrontation. I know it's hard, but when you don't things can end up like this.

NBAyoungboy does not love you. He was only with you because your father Floyd is wealthy and famous. I know it's hard to be told that, but it's the truth. You don't need someone like that in your life. NBAyoungboy is with you for bragging rights (to brag he is dating the daughter of wealthy and famous Floyd Mayweather).

He's also with you for your dad's money and connections. Your dad bought you a luxury home, Rolls Royce and expensive jewelry. Your dad gave you the money to launch a music career and used his connections to help you do so. You live a lifestyle more luxurious than NBAyoungboy. Your net worth, due to your dad, far exceeds that of NBAyoungboy, who is barely a millionaire. Do not think for one second that he doesn't want access to your dad's money, via you and your luxury lifestyle. After all, NBAyoungboy brags about money and jewelry often.

There are people who target the family members of the rich and famous in order to get close to them through their relations. Rich and famous men have seen their siblings and offspring befriended by people only seeking to get closer to them, not their family members.

They befriend and hang around the family member with the goal of getting close to the rich and famous person, which is very insincere, questionable, deceitful and disrespectful. It's also an insult to the family members, being used in that manner. That's not a true friend or love interest, as they're actually after your rich and famous relative.

Iyanna, you're a rich and pretty girl with a lot to lose. You don't need NBAyoungboy. And I feel sorry for the mothers of his children, because they rely on him for money and are putting up with his terrible behavior that is endangering their health and safety. Once again, it's common knowledge online that he has herpes and has been spreading it around to other people.

Side Bar: NBAyoungboy needs to be very careful. Floyd knows dangerous people. Here's hoping Floyd doesn't send said dangerous people after you.

Side Bar 2: It's weird how history repeats itself. Floyd Mayweather went to the home of Josie Harris, the mother of three of his other children, saw her phone and accused her of cheating with basketball player, CJ Watson. Floyd beat Josie, which resulted in police arresting him at her home for assault.

Now something similar has occurred via Floyd's daughter Iyanna going to NBAyoungboy's home, accusing him of cheating, stabbing his side chick, then getting arrested for assault. One has to wonder if Iyanna was following her dad's example.

April 4, 2020, 5:39 PM EDT - Singer and social media celebrity Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, the daughter of boxer Floyd Mayweather, was arrested early Saturday on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to court documents.

Mayweather, 19, was taken to a jail in Harris County, Texas, around 1:30 a.m. after a 25-year-old woman was stabbed and hospitalized, said Capt. Jonathan Zitzmann of the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office. The woman suffered non-life threatening injuries and underwent surgery, he said.
