Iraq Wants U.S. Soldiers To Return Home

Iraq Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, wants U.S. soldiers to return home, as does the majority of the American public. So what's the problem you ask? Bush.

George Bush and those in his circle want the soldiers to stay indefinitely, in spite of the fact the people of Iraq do not want the long term occupancy of their country.

The Bush administration needs to respect their wishes and that of the American people and bring the troops back end the oil drilling Halliburton.

Iraq is not the personal property of the Bush family or their company Pennzoil. The president wants the soldiers in Iraq to secure the oil fields. According to credible news reports, billions of barrels of Iraqi oil have gone missing.

This insatiable greed that has become the Bush family legacy, has driven them to commit war crimes (Iraq) and human atrocities (banker to the Nazis bankrolling the construction of concentration camps).

You are not fooling anyone, as the world knows oil revenues are what is driving this obstinacy in the president not wanting to leave their country. You should be ashamed of yourself. You have made the Bush name a byword in this world.

The name is now synonymous with greed, dishonesty and war crimes. No amount of money can fix that. Not to mention, the sheer number of lawsuits you shall face for misconduct the minute you step out of that office. Americans became poor under your presidency and so should you.

Friday, June 13, 2008; 1:43 PM - BAGHDAD, June 13 -- Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki on Friday denounced demands made by the United States to extend the presence of American troops in Iraq, saying that the two sides are deadlocked and far from reaching an agreement.

"We found out that the demands of the American side are strongly violating the sovereignty of Iraq, something we could never accept," Maliki said.
