In the March 5, 2010 article "Cheryl Cole Capitalizing On Marriage Troubles" the Judiciary Report asked what happened to Cheryl Cole's mouth, not wanting to state the obvious, considering she is immersed in a scandal, due to her husband having numerous sexual affairs.

Two days later, due to Cole going to great lengths to hide her mouth, in the manner fellow Kabbalah member Rihanna did last year, the Daily Mail proclaimed her mouth situation a series of cold sores, with others labeling it Herpes, implying it is the kind obtained from sexual activity and was passed to her.

Despite allegations that the England ace has had affairs with four other women, Cheryl, 26, has not ruled out a reconciliation.
