Tragedy has struck again on the set of the "Transformers 3" movie, as it has been reported, an off duty police officer, driving his squad SUV, crashed whilst participating in a stunt and has been injured and transported to the hospital. His squad SUV crashed into the robot/car, Bumblebee.  

This does not bode well for the maker of the film, in the case brought against them by Gabrielle Cedillo, an extra that was terribly injured, during a stunt gone wrong. A metal cable towing her car snapped, broke through her windshield and cracked her skull. Cedillo is now paralyzed on the left side of her body and one of her eyes has been sewn shut, to prevent it from drying out. How sad. 

Megan Fox

Previously, fired "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, complained Bay constantly endangered the cast and crew with dangerous stunts, leaving them with cuts, bumps and bruises. She spoke of situations that placed them in significant danger and near misses with tragedy.
