"Transformers 3" film extra, Gabriella Cedillo, 24, has sued the makers of the movie, over the traumatic brain injury she sustained, in an on-set accident. A cable that was towing her car, snapped, broke through the windshield and sliced her skull, leaving her paralyzed on the left side of her body. Poor lady.

Brain injuries pose so many challenges, as it impacts such a sensitive and vital organ, responsible for a number of day to day functions. The lawsuit is demanding unspecified damages and rightfully so, as Cedillo's life has been drastically altered and she has sustained great physical and emotional injuries, as a direct result of the incident.
