U.S. President Donald Trump Has Been Impeached
For A Second Time (Video)January 15. 2021
U.S. president, Donald Trump, has been impeached
for a second time. Trump has left than a week left in office.
However, Democrats pushed to impeach him, blaming the president
for the Capitol building riots that occurred on January 6, 2021.
Trump has denied all responsibility for the incident.
Vice president Mike Pence and President Donald Trump. Some are
angry with Pence for not blocking the confirmation of
president-elect Joe Biden. However, Pence had no authority to do so,
as his role in the proceedings were merely ceremonial. It is similar
to the Queen of England's job in Parliament largely being
ceremonial.
Ten republicans crossed the aisle to vote with
Democrats on the impeachment. They are being slammed by some for
this decision. The matter will now go to the Senate who will further
address the impeachment and whether it will turn into criminal
charges.

As stated prior to the impeachment, in the January
12, 2021 article "Democrats Announce Articles Of
Impeachment Against President Donald Trump Again Over Capitol Riots
While The FBI's Conduct Endangers The Legislature Confirming Previous
Site Claims" I am of the belief, "The move that will anger
Trump's supporters in dangerous ways and usurp U.S. taxpayer money
is a political bid by U.S. house speaker, Nancy Pelosi, to block him
from running for president in 2024, with the hope it will help her
party member, president-elect Joe Biden, be reelected."
Nancy Pelosi
Even if they do manage to block Trump from running
again, his children also have plans to run for office. Therefore,
U.S. house speaker Nancy Pelosi's move to impeach Trump will not
keep the Trump family out of politics. However, the impeachment is
angering Trump supporters which is not good for Pelosi. It has
endangered Congress.
