Son Of Famous Athlete Choked, Vaginally Raped And Sodomized Woman At University Until She Bled

18-year-old Jacob Walter, the son of former Cincinnati Bengals football player, Joe Walter, has been arrested in Kentucky for choking, vaginally raping and sodomizing a woman until she bled. Walter is being held on $250,000 bond at the Boone County Detention Center on rape and sodomy charges.

The victim was afraid to have sex with the 7-foot, 300 pound basketball player and told him no. Walter ignored her pleas to not sexually attack her and proceeded with the vicious choking, rape and sodomization of the defenseless woman. Walter repeatedly choked and raped the 18-year-old victim.

Sergeant Philip Ridgell stated of the sexual violence that occurred, "Walter dismissed the victim by laughing at her and telling her that she would be fine." The medical examiner found "bruises and multiple lacerations on the woman's body" that are consistent with rape. The victim's mother rescued her when she entered the room, which allowed her (the victim) to sneak out and call police.

Side Bar: does the name "Jacob Walter" sound familiar? Jacob Walter Anderson of Texas recently walked on serious rape charges. No, they are not the same person. However, they are both college athletes who committed violent rapes, a part of a wider pattern of criminal misconduct occurring against women at university.

Universities need to strongly address students on the consequences of sexual misconduct and violence. Sternly warn them against it. Let them know they will lose their place at university and face criminal prosecution. Their parents send them to school to learn. The constant partying, drinking and sexual debauchery is not a part of the curriculum.

Walter, 18, was arrested Tuesday night and faces three felony charges: One of rape and two of sodomy. He appeared before a Boone County judge Wednesday via a video arraignment.
