A Baylor university fraternity president and
student, Jacob Walter Anderson, repeatedly raped an unconscious
virgin at a frat party and has been given no jail time for the
serious criminal offense. Judge Ralph Strother accepted a plea deal
from Anderson, which has allowed him to avoid jail time for his
crimes by simply pleading guilty and paying a $400 fine. Not only
will Anderson avoid jail time, he will not have to register as a sex
offender.

The victim of the rape slammed the decision and
referred to the U.S. justice system as “severely broken.” I agree
with her. These types of poor judicial decisions have become all too
common, especially where white males are concerned. Social
networking is outraged at the miscarriage of justice in this case
and many others. As the court system is failing in its duty to
victims of crime, people on social networking are circulating cases
and photos of rapists, to warn the public to stay away from said
offenders for their own safety and that of their families.

Jacob Walter Anderson, who was indicted on sexual assault charges
and pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of unlawful restraint. A
no contest plea means a person does not admit guilt, but will offer
no defense. Anderson was expelled from Baylor after a university
