Singer/songwriter Casey Spooner of the music group Fischerspooner, has publicly accused chronic copyright thief and mafia criminal, Madonna, of stealing one of his songs. Spooner worked with Madonna's producer Mirwais in 2017, on a song entitled "god control." It was meant to appear on Mirwais' solo album that was shelved.

Madonna took credit and payment for the song and did not pay Spooner, in an illegal habit she has greedily displayed for many years. Copyright infringement is a domestic and international crime. Madonna is the worst copyright infringer in music history. Her entire career is built on it, making her the most fraudulent recording artist ever.

The song "god control" appears on her current flop "Madame X" which has the worst sales of her career (Madonna's New Tour To Be Staged In Smaller Venues As Ticket Sales Have Been Poor And New Album 'Madame X' Only Sold 5,000 Copies and Madonna Suffering From 5 Flopped Singles In A Row Lied About Tacky Tour Ticket Sales That Are Actually In The Toilet).

Madonna's time is over, but she won't accept it and keeps making a complete fool of herself with these infringing releases. People do not want to hear anything from her anymore, having realized she is a fraud who is robbing, defrauding and harming others. She refuses to accept that and has gone to even worse extremes in stealing preexisting copyrighted music, photos and videos, in unsuccessfully trying to revive a dead career no one cares about anymore.

Spooner angrily stated on the social networking website Instagram, "I have had enough...I've gotten no credit and no compensation...while you're gallivanting around on stage I'm completely broke in Berlin. Robbed, ignored and delayed."

When he publicly complained of the theft and non-payment, Spooner was offered nothing for the song ($10,000). Then he was offered $25,000 for the song, which is still below value for a track on a major label. Spooner could have placed his work elsewhere and made far more money, rather than it landing with a deranged, washed up pop singer, who hasn't had a hit in over 20-years (Madonna).

I haven't heard the song, but I know under the boycott I called for online via this site, everything Madonna has released for the past 17-years has flopped. Madonna also used the song "god control" to try and capitalize on the deaths of mass shooting victims in the Pulse gay night club shooting in Florida. Madonna was condemned for this pathetic publicity stunt that was evil and insensitive.

This whole fake career she has built is going to come crashing down and will be dismantled. None of it will remain in tact. She will go down in history as a bigger entertainment fraud than Milli Vanilli and an evil fraudster worse than Bernard Madoff.

Casey Spooner, a member of the recently disbanded electronic pop group Fischerspooner, wrote on Instagram that he was co-writer of the track God Control. “I have had enough … I’ve gotten no credit and no compensation … while you’re galavanting around on stage I’m completely broke in Berlin. Robbed, ignored and delayed.”

Spooner said he had been offered first $10,000, then $25,000 as an advance against future publishing royalties, but argued he should instead be paid “1% of touring profits … There is no money in record sales. Period. Not even for Madonna.” In a later Instagram post, he said: “They are trying to intimidate me … it’s not easy fighting giants.”

Spooner says he worked with God Control producer Mirwais in 2017, for the latter’s solo album, which was later shelved. Elements of their work together later appeared in the Madonna track without his knowledge. He posted a demo version of God Control that he worked on, which features the same lyrics and melody as the Madonna track...

God Control, a dance-pop track that confronts gun control in the US, has already provoked controversy. Its violent music video depicted an attack similar to the one on Orlando’s Pulse nightclub in June 2016 that left 49 people dead, and was criticised as “horrible” by Parkland shooting survivor Emma Gonzalez.
