Lady GaGa Facing Lawsuit For Copyright Infringement Due To Ripping
Off A SoundCloud Artist In What Is A Long Line Of Thefts
August 29. 2019
Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga starred in "A Star Is
Born" film remake and she tried to take him from his fiancée, Irina
Shayk, as there's nothing she will not try to steal.
Pop singer Lady Gaga is facing the prospect of a
lawsuit from SoundCloud singer Steve Ronsen, who has made the
allegation she stole music from his 2015 song "Almost" for use in
her 2018 track "Shallow." Lady Gaga won an Oscar for Best Song for
"Shallow" which appears in the film remake of "A Star Is Born" and
on the soundtrack.
Ronsen contends Gaga stole his chord progression.
She is disputing his claim. Ronsen still intends to file a lawsuit
against the singer, who stated she will defend it in court. Mark D.
Shirian, the attorney for Ronsen stated, “A renowned and respected
musicologist and professor who determined that there are significant
tempo, melodic, rhythmic and harmonic similarities between the two
‘hooks’ of the songs.”

This is not the first time Lady Gaga has been
accused of copyright infringement and copying other artists. She
built an entire career on it. Much of Gaga's image, costumes and
musical styling is stolen from legendary recording artists David
Bowie, Grace Jones and Freddie Mercury of Queen. Gaga has ripped off
the copyrighted photos and videos of other recording artists as
well. Gaga stole items from singers Shania Twain, Kerli and Maluca.
Gaga's 2010 song "Alejandro" is also a rip-off of
the popular 1990s track "Don't Turn Around" by Swedish pop quartet
Ace Of Base, who sold over 50,000,000 albums worldwide. I don't know
why Gaga thought no one remembered the song. It's one of the biggest
dance tracks from the decade.
Top is recording artist Maluca. Bottom is Lady Gaga's rip off of her
video.
Gaga was also accused of stealing the image of
deceased teen artist, Lina Morgana, whom she knew and was clearly
jealous of to do such a morbid thing. Morgana's bereaved mother
denounced Gaga for her unethical and morbid misconduct.
Gaga's ex-boyfriend, music producer Rob Fusari, who
has worked with many singers, sued her for defrauding him out of
royalties. Gaga wanting all the glory for herself, tried to downplay
his role in her career. However, Fusari is the one who named her
Lady Gaga after the Queen song "RadioGaga." Fusari also wrote and
produced some of her hit songs.

And in the interest of full disclosure, Gaga stole
some of my music as well (Former FBI Director Robert Mueller Obtained Executive Orders From George
Bush And Barack Obama To Criminally Steal Copyrights Worth Billions For
Madonna And Hollywood While Engaging In Heinous Human Rights Abuses That
Left Innocent People Dead).
An attorney from the law firm of Sanders, Squire and
Dempsey had informed me that my copyrights are unlawfully being
passed around A&R departments of record labels. This occurred due to
the criminal conduct of Gaga's depraved, ugly friend,
Madonna, who is a
career long thief. Hollywood is disgusting and depraved.
They're nothing but a bunch of thieving, dirty frauds and criminals.
