Jay Z Sued Over Career Mismanagement That Led To
Boxer Sustaining Serious Brain Injury In Violation Of The
Congressionally Enacted Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act
August 20. 2019
Ugly, egotistical idiot Jay Z
27-year-old boxer Daniel Franco filed a lawsuit against Jay Z and
his unprofessional, inept Roc Nation Sports for career mismanagement
that led to the pugilist sustaining a traumatic brain injury. In
2015 Franco signed a 4-year contract with Roc Nation Sports. On May
12, 2017, Roc Nation Sports forced Franco to fight, despite the fact
he was quite ill with the flu.
Franco warned them he was not well and unable to train for weeks due
to his condition. Therefore, it would be detrimental to his career
to place him in the ring in said weakened, sick state. However, Jay
Z and Roc Nation Sports refused to listen and forced him to fight.
Franco, who had a perfect record of 7-0, all by knockouts, sustained
his first loss to Christopher Martin.
Franco was also forced to fight on May 12, 2017 and June 10, 2017,
despite the fact Jay Z and Roc Nation Sports did not obtain the
"appropriate medical clearance." As a result of Jay Z and Roc Nation
Sports' negligence, Franco sustained, "Two skull fractures and a
separate brain bleed that likely occurred in the two fights before
the match."
Franco's lawsuit states, "The reckless and grossly negligent acts of
Roc Nation in scheduling so many fights in such a short amount of
time, including when Franco was sick and unable to train, resulted
in Franco suffering from a devastating brain hemorrhage." He
needed surgery and was in a coma for weeks. Franco now
suffers from seizures and wears a helmet 24-hours a day, as a piece
of his skull is missing. He will need long-term care. He is now at
greater risk of developing Parkinson's and dementia.
Jay Z seeks to have the lawsuit dismissed, as his attorney has
claimed in a court motion that Franco agreed to have all their
grievances and disputes heard in New Jersey, where Roc Nation is
registered as a company. The "Motion to Dismiss" hearing is
scheduled to be heard before a judge on September 20, 2019.
In my opinion, Jay Z and Roc Nation are liable. They know nothing
about the sport and refused to listen to the boxer regarding his
health. Now he is disabled and can no longer box. The fights were
scheduled too close together, which is not the standard in boxing.
Sick or injured boxers are also not forced to fight. Bouts are
rescheduled under those circumstances or a replacement fighter is
given the slot.
Daniel Franco prior to Jay Z ruining and ending his burgeoning
career before it barely got started, thanks to rapper Jay Z deciding
to pretend he is a sports manager, agent and promoter
Years ago I expressly warned athletes via this site, not to sign
with Rock Nation Sports, as Jay Z knows nothing about boxing or
sports in general. He has no experience or understanding of sports,
sports psychology, coaching or proper career management. Jay Z is an
ignorant, unintelligent, uneducated thief, con artist, scammer and
fraud, who also knows nothing about business. By his own foolish
admission, he equates business with selling drugs. You cannot run a
legitimate business in that manner.
You have to be a complete and utter crazy person to jump up and
decide you are a sports agent and advisor, with absolutely no
understanding of sports and no experience (as Jay Z has done to
disastrous results). People see him claiming he is rich. However,
it's due to he and his wife Beyonce criminally stealing from many
people in the music industry, not from hard work, which they don't
do, or intelligence, of which they have none. Neither have
university degrees or high school diplomas.
Jay Z has been sued many times for fraud, theft, racketeering and
dispensing idiotic, damaging advice to others. He is an idiot that
steals other people's copyrights, trademarks and business plans,
then devalues them when he attempts to use something he does not
understand (as does Beyonce). He does not know what he is doing.
Jay Z had a big hand in ruining boxer Anthony Joshua's career (Jay Z Helped To
Bring Anthony Joshua Down In Suspect And Historic Boxing Defeat
and
Madonna's Criminal Conduct At The BBC In Britain Has Nasty
Racist Slavery Connotations To It (Anthony Joshua, Daniel
Kaluuya)). Joshua is not coping well with what has
happened. He is having a mental breakdown and is unraveling. He is
being called "disturbed" and it is all due to Jay Z and company's
criminal meddling in his life and career.
27-year-old boxer Daniel Franco today with a severe brain injury
and seizure disorder thanks to fake, fraud and phony Jay Z
pretending he is a sports/boxing manager, promoter and agent.
Franco's very promising boxing career has been cut short, when he
was doing so well prior to joining Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports.
In 2000 the U.S. Congress passed the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act
to "protect the rights and welfare of boxers." It deals with the
health, safety and finances of boxers. There are also other U.S.
laws passed by Congress in reference to sports and entertainment
Jay Z and his sect Kabbalah are willfully violating. Jay Z
is an arrogant fool to be flouting so many of these laws (not to
mention he and his cult violating the RICO Act, the Wiretap Act, the
Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Stored Communications
Act, the Copyright Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the
Family Entertainment and Copyright Act, among others).
Jay Z and his fellow idiots in said circle are going to end up in
houses of legislature trying in vain to defend the indefensible,
regarding their criminal behavior in the entertainment and sports
industries. The whole thing is going to come undone and in very
humiliating fashion for them. The lies, thefts, rigging, gambling,
bank fraud, money laundering, conspiracy to commit murder and sexual
abuse. The truth will be laid bare.
Jay Z and company have criminally meddled in the NBA, NFL, boxing
and the
English Premier League (regarding athletes at several teams),
and destroyed lives and careers in the process. This criminal
misconduct is damaging the entertainment and sports industries. It
is a recipe for disaster that will culminate into a forthcoming
disaster of their own making.

Jay-Z, Roc Nation Sports Sued By Former Boxer
Over Severe Brain Injuries Suffered In The Ring
5/21/19 8:39pm - Jay-Z and his sports management
company Roc Nation Sports are being sued by former featherweight
boxer and Roc Nation client Daniel “Twitch” Franco, who says that
reckless scheduling and inadequate post-fight medical procedures led
to catastrophic, career-ending head and brain injuries over the
course of three fights scheduled over just 79 days in 2017.
Franco signed with Roc Nation Sports in 2015, and
won five fights for the promotion, between June 2015 and November
2016. On March 23, 2017, Franco fought light punching veteran
Christopher Martin in Los Angeles, in what the Los Angeles Times
described as “a tuneup” for Franco, presumably ahead of more
prominent and lucrative fights. This is where the management
practices of Roc Nation Sports first come into question. According
to Al Franco, Daniel’s father and trainer, Daniel had the flu ahead
of the bout and had been “out of the gym for three weeks,” and as a
result wanted to cancel or postpone the fight. The lawsuit says Roc
Nation pressured Franco into keeping the fight, and instead of
tuning up against a cupcake, Franco lost by TKO in the third round.
Just seven weeks after the knockout loss, Franco was
back in the ring, in Mexico, reportedly at the urging of a Roc
Nation Sports matchmaker, who wanted him to “keep busy.” On May 12
Franco beat a tomato can named Francisco Agustin Suarez, in Suarez’s
second and final professional fight. This was apparently a
sufficient warmup to put Franco back in the ring less than one month
later, on June 10 in Iowa*, against Jose Haro. That’s the night that
Franco’s career and life went to hell...
Franco claims Roc Nation pushed him into an unsafe
fight with Martin, and accuses them of negligence for failing in
their duty to clear him medically for another fight so soon after
the knockout. According to The Blast, Franco says Roc Nation
initially offered to help with medical bills, but soon cut off
communication. The Times report says Al Franco begged two Roc Nation
executives to at least help promote a crowdfunding campaign to pay
for Daniel’s medical bills, but was rebuffed. Franco is reportedly
seeking unspecified damages in his lawsuit, which names all of
Jay-Z, Roc Nation Sports, and Live Nation...
