Comcast Makes $31 Billion Dollar Bid To Buy Sky Angering Rupert Murdoch February 28. 2018
Rupert Murdoch America's largest cable company, Comcast, has made a $31 billion dollar cash bid to purchase the remaining shares in Britain and Europe's Sky pay TV service, infuriating co-owner, Australian businessman Rupert Murdoch, who owns 39.14% of the shares. Comcast's bid exceeds Murdoch's by over $10 billion dollars. Disney also seeks to purchase the remaining shares in Sky, after agreeing to Buy Murdoch's 21st Century Fox. Disney would allow Murdoch to control Sky, which is the purpose of the sale of 21st Century Fox and the backend deals. Murdoch is a nefarious man who has spied on people in insidious ways, as seen in the phone hacking scandal I broke first. He is not suitable to wholly own Sky. Murdoch has commissioned the hacking of computers, emails and mobile phones, as seen in the phone hacking scandal. Murdoch has commissioned burglaries into people's homes to steal valuable files and install illegal surveillance data. Murdoch has commissioned the hacking of spies computers, endangering British government missions in the world and putting dozens of spies in mortal danger of their cover being exposed. Murdoch has blackmailed British Prime Ministers, as detailed in newspapers. Murdoch is accused of corrupting police officers with bribes. He is completely unsuitable to own Sky and by right should be in prison. Some Britons have expressed the desire that Sky be owned by a Brit, considering it is Britain's largest cable TV provider. The portion of Sky that Murdoch does not own was originally founded as the company British Satellite Broadcasting (BSB). In 1990 Murdoch's Sky was merged with BSB to create the current company. Sky was failing after 1-year in business and Murdoch saw the merger as a way to keep the company going, propped up by BSB.
