Chris Brown Charged In Rihanna Assault

Sony Music artist Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies regarding the physical fight he got into with his girlfriend singer Rihanna.

He was summons to court today, but did not enter a plea, requesting a one-month continuance. Rihanna has declined to testify against Brown regarding the savage fight.

Details of the assault were made public by the police and it is gruesome, psychotic and vicious. He tried to choke her to death after the fight began and she tried to gouge his eye out, which led him to bite her fingers.

Rihanna's family members lied once again, when they stated two weeks ago that there was no biting. She instructed them to cover for him, for fear of them losing their careers.

While, she did provoke him and the story she gave the police is very one-sided, in that she has not disclosed all she did, there is no excuse under the sun for a man to beat a woman like Chris Brown beat Rihanna.

He savagely hit her many times on her face, in her head, on her legs and feet, bit her, slammed her head against the glass and could have choked her to death via a headlock that cut off her oxygen supply. I guess he took his song "No Air" literally.

Getting mixed up with Kabbalah has made them psychotic. He should have walked away. What's even more troubling is they have reconciled.

Chris Brown -- No Plea Yet

Brown, who stood emotionless in court, spoke only four words to the judge -- "yes," "yes," and "yes ma'am."

After Brown's request to continue the case had been granted, the judge warned Brown, "You are not to annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone."

The judge asked Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra if there was a "no-contact order" in place, to which Etra replied, "Miss Fenty [Rihanna] does not request such an order."

The L.A. County District Attorney has just charged Chris Brown with felony assault and making criminal threats, also a felony.
