Mathew Knowles and Beyonce Knowles

Beyonce Knowles' father, Mathew Knowles, 67, has been diagnosed with breast cancer, which is rare for a man. Mathew's nipples began bleeding and issuing discharge. He was treated and his cancer is currently in remission. He had a mastectomy this past July and plans to have another in January. Mastectomies do not eliminate the risk of developing cancer, only diminishes it to some degree.

Several members of Mathew's family have died from breast cancer. Beyonce and her sister Solange Knowles also underwent tests for the BRCA2 gene mutation. They both tested positive for the BRCA2 gene mutation, which means they have a greater risk of developing cancer.

There were other risk factors that exacerbated his condition, contributing to Knowles developing breast cancer. As stated on the site years ago, Mathew, who was married to Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles at the time, would regularly throw cocaine sex parties behind her back, which were orgies (Butt Shaking Beyonce Strikes Again). They would take cocaine and drink alcohol at these debauched sexual orgies, which was steadily damaging their bodies via free radicals.

Scientific studies, such as those by the Lancet Oncology journal, and the National Institutes of Public Health in Denmark, have shown excessive alcohol consumption can lead to developing cancer. It is an established fact that cocaine consumption damages the body's cellular framework (cells). Cancer is the abnormal growth of the body's cells.

For a sustained period of time Mathew had also been leading a very high stress life, with many legal cases for unlawful behavior and dirty business dealings that harmed many people (fraud, theft, copyright infringement: Beyonce And Jay Z Copyright Infringement), as well as affairs and illegitimate babies that he tried to keep secret from the public and his family, who broke off contact with him. Stress, particularly the repeated onslaught thereof, causes the body to have increased levels of the hormone cortisol, which can lead to cancer.

Beyonce is also at greater risk for cancer, due to genetics, high stress, excessive alcohol consumption, illegal drug use and having breast implants.
