'American Idol' Sued For Robbing Employees
March 21. 2009
Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell - two animals
that made their fortune from ripping off others and
bringing slavery back.
They parade around like they are the masters of the universe,
when they are two untalented, horn dog, hacks ripping off
everybody and shaming themselves and their families in the
process. They only know how to over-market, water down and
bastardize projects they steal, but know nothing about music.
These two losers love showing off their wealth from the slave
trade, constantly buying expensive homes and cars and taking
extended vacations.
Employees of the company Freemantle, who are the
makers of the television show "American Idol" have been sued in
a class action lawsuit by their own employees for overworking
them without paying for overtime, falsifying and altering their
time cards to cheat workers out of their wages and denying
them a break during the work day.
I am not surprised at this news. I referred to
them as slaveholders, regarding the
criminal copyright
infringement they engaged in at my expense in
conjunction with Sony, who distributes all the "American Idol"
and "X-Factor" recordings. Freemantle has been a visitor to this website for years and has
come up in the site statistics - even prior to them ripping off
my copyrights, when they shouldn't have known anything about me.
The idea for the show "American Idol" wasn't
even their own - they stole it from a man in Texas that
pitched it to them. When he sued, they shamefully bought out the court case.
Freemantle is a greedy, unconscionable,
unscrupulous company that has made a fortune off breaking
intellectual property and wage laws, but refuses to pay people
for their labor, like the slave trade is still going on. That's
disgusting and it is legally going to catch up with you.

"American Idol" producer hit
with lawsuit
Thu Mar 19, 8:54 pm ET - LOS
ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Former employees have filed a
class-action lawsuit against "American Idol" producer
FremantleMedia North America. The suit alleges that the company
systematically overworked employees without paying the required
overtime, falsified time cards and denied staffers meals and
rest periods.
"There's no Hollywood glamour for
the below-the-line people who work on 'American Idol' and other
reality shows who are grossly underpaid, worked 24/7 and receive
no rest or meal breaks and no health coverage -- contrary to
California labor laws," said the plaintiffs' attorney Jonathan
Biddle...
