Harvey Weinstein in court dismayed at the state of his life which is in ruins due to his poor, criminal choices

One of six criminal charges against rapist Harvey Weinstein has been dropped, in relation to claims made by actress Lucia Evans. Weinstein presented a previous email where she allegedly stated “I love you.” As such, the district attorney was forced to drop the charge relating to Evans. However, five charges against Weinstein for raping two other women remain in the indictment. The disgraced former Hollywood movie producer is facing life in prison.

Over 100 famous and non-famous women have come forward stating he sexually harassed, sexually assaulted and or raped them. I have it on good authority the allegations against Weinstein are true. The man is a horrible sexual predator who poses a great danger to women everywhere.

Weinstein is now ruined thanks to the New York Times and New Yorker magazine exposés on his terrible behavior. Weinstein’s finances have been decimated. His movie career is over. His wife has left him. His brother and former movie production partner Bob is angry with him over the demise of their company and careers.

One Sexual Assault Charge Dismissed Against Harvey Weinstein

AFP•October 11, 2018 -  New York (AFP) - A New York judge on Thursday dismissed one of six sexual assault allegations against disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, which defense lawyers claim taints the entire case against him. The 66-year-old father of five, out on a $1 million bail and forced to wear a GPS monitor, has long pleaded not guilty to six counts allegedly committed against three women in 2004, 2006 and 2013.

He walked into the criminal court in downtown Manhattan dressed in a dark suit, tie and white shirt for the brief hearing that scored at least an initial win for his defense attorney Ben Brafman. The tossed count relates to Lucia Evans, who has accused Weinstein of forcing her to perform oral sex in 2004...
