The Repeated Denials Of Harvey Weinstein Regarding Sexual Assault And Rape Charges Goes Against The Evidence

Disgraced Hollywood movie producer, Harvey Weinstein, continues to deny he sexually assault, sexually harassed and or raped women. However, the evidence speaks against him. For instance, the New York Police Department, have Weinstein on tape sexually assaulting pretty Italian model, Ambra Battilana Gutierrez. Weinstein kept groping her. It was the centerpiece of a number of articles written about his appalling behavior.

The Gutierrez tape should be played in criminal court, regarding Weinstein's current trial in New York, for rape and sexual assault. The jury should also be presented with the fact, a host of famous women who have everything to lose, came forward stating he raped or sexually assaulted them. They spoke up at risk to their careers, as there are still some sexual predators in Hollywood who have the same mindset as Weinstien. They are the few presently defending his behavior. However, the public is overwhelmingly against Weinstein's conduct.

By the way, Weinstein is still terrorizing many of his victims, through people in his employ and a few crazy Hollywood cult members, who contact them with harassing speech and veiled threats. Weinstein needs to leave them alone. He has to be an absolute fool not to realize the kind of trouble he is in with the law and what has happened to his name in the world, ending his movie career.

Weinstein's denials are disgusting, as the man is outright lying to the press, public and in court about sexually assaulting and raping women. He's absolutely smug about it too. I'd written about Weinstein's bad behavior for years (here and here and here). It was an open secret in the industry. I am pleased to see he is being made to answer for his crimes in a court of law, as he has destroyed many women's lives and careers. May the indictments continue in other courts of law, as Weinstein committed crimes domestically from coast to coast and internationally. No one has the right to abuse others. It's time this terrible behavior in the workplace ended via indictments. People want to work at their chosen profession. They don't want to be raped.
