Disney has been sued by the creator of their hit show “Hannah Montana” starring Miley Cyrus, for cutting him out of his share of the profits.

Typical Hollywood. A day in Hollywood the industry wouldn’t be complete without somebody robbing someone for undue financial gain. It really is quite pathetic and shameful.

Considering Disney has made over a billion dollars off the "Hannah Montana" series, movies and merchandising, it is very ugly that they ripped off the person that made it possible.

Hollywood is worse than the mafia. Only they hire corrupt private investigators like Anthony Pellicano to do their dirty work for them that transgress all acceptable bounds of the law.

The co-creator of MILEY CYRUS' TV show is suing Disney bosses, claiming he is owed royalties from HANNAH MONTANA merchandise.

Michael Poryes filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday (6oct08), accusing executives at the studio of failing to pay him a cut of the profits from Hannah Montana movies, books and other accessories, citing the billions Disney has profited from the success of the franchise.

He is seeking almost $1 million (GBP540,000) in compensatory damages, plus punitive damages, interest and court costs, reports TMZ.com.
