The Clintons Are Cracking Up

ABC: Desperate Clinton Launches Into Tirade Before Superdelegates

Clinton To Superdelegates: "Obama Can't Win!"

Bill to superdelegates: I don't appreciate you yellow belly, turncoat, Color Purple ticket holding, Oprah watching, Obama pandering Judases, I mean superdelegates, turning on my wife like that! Bubba is not amused at the treachery. The only reason she stayed married to me this long was because I promised her that one day she'd get the chance to play president! Now the most she'll have is a walk on part on the West Wing. Oh wait, they cancelled that.

Hillary to superdelegates: I know where all of you turncoats live!

Those captions were jokes, but Bill and Hillary really are hopping mad. It's getting ugly out there. ABC News reported today that Bill and Hillary Clinton are breaking down, so much so, they are launching into tirades and getting mean with superdelegates, as they watch the election slip through their fingers (Aisha suppressing laughter). Obama better beef up security:

"Bill Clinton's tirade stunned some delegates"

Wednesday, April 2, 2008 - The Bill Clinton who met privately with California's superdelegates at last weekend's state convention was a far cry from the congenial former president who afterward publicly urged fellow Democrats to "chill out" over the race between his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and Barack Obama.

In fact, before his speech Clinton had one of his famous meltdowns Sunday, blasting away at former presidential contender Bill Richardson for having endorsed Obama, the media and the entire nomination process.

"It was one of the worst political meetings I have ever attended," one superdelegate said.

Candidate Clinton to Richardson: 'Barack Obama Can't Win'

ABC News' George Stephanopoulos Reports: Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., and former President Bill Clinton are making very direct arguments to Democratic superdelegates, starkly insisting Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., cannot win a general election against presumptive Republican nominee, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz.

Sources with direct knowledge of the conversation between Sen. Clinton and Gov. Bill Richardson, D-N.M., prior to the Governor's endorsement of Obama say she told him flatly, "He cannot win, Bill. He cannot win."
