Nonetheless the Electoral College have cast their votes confirming Obama Biden as the next President of the United States. The Supreme Court has also rejected Trump's bid to have the results of the corrupt election overturned. There are no remaining avenues for Trump to remain in office. Therefore, he must depart office in January.
