Nude Drawings By Sketch Artist In Harvey Weinstein Criminal Trial Released To The Public (Photos)

The sketch artist employed the in criminal rape trail of, Harvey Weinstein, gave the world an eyeful of the disgraced former movie producer's naked body. Nude photos of Weinstein were only passed around to the jurors to confirm the victims' account of what his genitals look like. However, the sketch artist's photos have been released to the public, via the Daily Mail.

This legal maneuver is used by prosecutors to bolster their cases regarding sex crimes. The same practice was used in the case of school teacher Debra Lafave, who at age 24 had sex with a 14-year-old on several occasions, including once with his 15-year-old cousin present in a car. She was sent to the gynecologist under police supervision and photos were taken of her genitals, which matched the young victim's description. She was convicted in the case under a plea agreement and sentenced to 3-years of house arrest and 7-years of probation.

Jurors winced and grimaced at photos of Weinstein's naked body

The same legal maneuver was used in the criminal trial against the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, who was accused of pedophilia, but acquitted. Police asked the minor to describe Jackson's penis, which was spotted, and based on legal records, the teen described it with accuracy.
