Jay-Z Robbing People Again

Rapper Ripping Off Hard Working People Once Again

July 2. 2008

Jay-Z

Liar, cheat and fraud, Jay-Z, is up to his old, dirty tricks again in robbing people in violation of the law. A class action suit against him has been given the go ahead by a judge, because he willfully did not pay employees at his den of inequity, the 40/40 club.

This kind of conduct was to be expected. He started his label Rockafella on drug money, engaged in payola to get his records on the air, then in a series of completely ungodly deeds, robbed and pillaged the assets of others, like a common lowlife.

Role model he is not. You’re an absolute disgrace to blacks everywhere and I denounce you. When he's not robbing people he's spouting off vulgar, ignorant lyrics like:

"Pu**y" by Jay-Z

The power of the P-U-*-*-Y,
Thatz why every motherf*** in the world dress fly.
Every baller
that can afford it they cop the best ride, for the power of the P-U-*-*-Y.
(Let's have some fun)
The power of the P-U-*-*-Y, thatz why nig** get they hair cut, try to dress fly.
Every baller that can afford it he cop the best ride.
For the Power of the P-U-*-*-Y.

"99 Problems" by Jay-Z

A nig*a like myself had to strong arm a hoe
This is not a hoe in the sense of having a pu**y
But a pu**y having no G-d **** sense, try and push me

Jay-Z new York Nightspot Targeted In Labour Lawsuit

Rapper JAY-Z is at the centre of a bitter lawsuit filed by current and former employees of his New York City nightclub. The music mogul's hip-hop hot spot 40/40 was named in a lawsuit filed on Tuesday (01Jul08) in a Manhattan court.

Employees of the sports bar claimed they were denied hourly wages and forced to be compensated by customer tips alone. Workers allege in the class action that they were forced to pay for breaks, spills, and "walkouts" on the job.

According to the New York Daily News, hundreds of former employees could be eligible to collect on the claims if their case wins in court.

Federal Judge Loretta Preska has admitted the club owners violated federal labour laws after reviewing an earnings report for at least two workers who showed they were not paid for overtime at the venue...
