Actress, Halle Berry, has seen a positive resolution to the custody disagreement she had with the dad of her 2-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry. Model, Gabriel Aubry, has withdrawn his court petition for custody. However, he is filing a paternity case. 

The two are reportedly on speaking terms again. That's good. For the sake of their daughter, they should endeavor to keep things civil. Some family therapy could be beneficial as well, in working out unresolved issues.
