Disney To Remake The Movie 'Home Alone' But Is It A Good Idea

January 1. 2020

"Home Alone"

Disney announced they are remaking the classic film “Home Alone.” Over the past decade, Hollywood has been making a number of disastrous reboots of film and television classics. 90% of these projects have failed at the box office and or in television ratings. However, Hollywood has run out of ideas and lacks the real creative talent that was present in the industry decades ago.

Considering “Home Alone” and Home Alone: Lost In New York” were basically made by the same team of actors and crew, and became quite successful, yet “Home Alone 3” and Home Alone 4” produced by others completely flopped, this is not good news.

Home Alone 2

Many of the films coming out of Hollywood for the past 15-years have been weird with strange themes and lacked creativity. However, this is what happens when organized crime and the inmates run the asylum.
