Two weeks ago I blamed Lindsay Lohan's mother for some of her bad behavior. This week Dina has told the press people are not to blame her for Lindsay's problems.

Well, maybe if you acted like her mother, rather than an accomplice, it wouldn't lend the view you are partly to blame for her terrible conduct.

You knew your daughter had become an alcoholic, yet there you were right there with her, consistently partying in the clubs around all that liquor.

You also knew she had become a drug addict. Yet, there you were with her at all the top night spots in Hollywood and New York, notorious for drug use. That's not exactly discouraging bad behavior.

Sunday May 25th, 2008 at 1:27 pm - Lindsay Lohan’s mum Dina Lohan has said she doesn’t think it’s fair that people blame her daughter’s problems on her - or anyone else.

Dina said recently: “She’s 21 years old. We all make mistakes. It’s not a blame game. It’s not her mum’s fault or her friends’ fault. It’s the general personal choices you make. And you have to be careful about the choices you make when you’re in the public eye.”
