Model, Gabriel Aubry, 35, who fathered actress Halle Berry's two-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, called the Academy Award winner a "nig*er" after they broke up and began arguing with each other. Their little daughter is going to be so sad to learn that when she gets older.

The couple lived together for five years in Los Angeles and publicly seemed happy, but broke up in 2010. They released joint press statements indicating the split was amicable, but now we know it was not.

Aubry's "former friend and business partner" Stephane Bibeau broke the news to People magazine, regarding the racial slur and "demeaning" text messages. 44-year-old Berry, who is biracial, by way of a white British mother and African-American father, is seeking full custody of her daughter.
